my biggest leak by far is my lack of discipline. if i make a stupid play i have the tendency to dwell on it and this screws up my concentration and rhythm sometimes for the rest of the session, this often causes a single bad play to cost me multiple buyins. i also lack the discipline to make myself play as much as i should, thus far this month i've put in a grand total of 4k hands...not exactly the type of pace someone should be keeping when supporting himself on poker.

unfortunately, unlike other leaks, i can't just tweak something in my game and expect to fix it or cover it up. needless to say, im lost. i'd like to hear some advice from people in improving discipline.

kill people... u'll have bigger problems to worry about, like the cops. so thus you wont have trouble dwelling on silly poker plays

do what you do when you have a leak in bjj.

practice overcoming the leak over and over again until you're blue in the face.

aka play more hands a month.

you've just gotta play alot, aim 4k+ a day for a little while and see how u do, not sure if u are in the position to do this though.

stop tilting and if u feel like u are worrying about the stake or getting a high/rush out of it, u arent ready to play the stake WELL yet, so just keep taking shots at it or whatever until u feel comfortable (bankroll/confidence wise)
