ohh wtf ouch, take a break and by break i mean at least a week where you don't play touch and avoid thinking about poker.. go hang out with friends etc..

Obviously you need to quit and take atleast ocuple of days off, but to do that you need a swing like that to learn how to quit. so its all part of learning process really

my comment by no means is making the assumption that you're playing bad right now but yeah taking a break and just enjoying yourself before you play again is a good idea and avoid getting drunk / high unless you self ban yourself from playing in that time frame... go out!! and best of luck when you get back in a week or w/e time.
