1st hand- lead it please. it just looks even stronger when you checkraise. LEAD
2nd hand- uber gayness, but im not thrilled bout pushing this hand to get it in pre with kings for 150bbs
3rd hand- stndrd
4th hand- read dependant. vs a nittish player DEFINITELY a fold givin the action however if he is mildly to very aggresive its stndrd
5th hand- fold river 24/7. VERY marginal spot, and flush got there, nothing really we beat cept a pure bluff
6th hand- i dislike raising so much actually. i think 30 is good (this is like almost totally moot but just commenting). As for the rest of the hand.... very stndrd
7th hand- Obv standerd
ur definitely playing pretty aggro. so be sure ur opponents are ready to give u action before u put ur stack in, thats pretty much my only advice. Like dont assume because ur playing aggro ur going to get plenty of action, make sure the other person isn't nitty/weak and is going to give u action too. |

Cant spot any major leaks, maybe cut down on the aggressiveness from time to time and play some hands more passively
Other than that you need to suck out more and get sucked out on less and get set up less. |

i def think maybe its overaggresiveness. Passiveness is profitable too as ive been learning. especially when you mix it into a very aggresive image |

you need to start playing with people watching you to get off this life tilt imo.
you're just making endless little mistakes (which everyone does on a bad run)
and the best way to stop the passivity/overaggression in the small spots (usually the case in my experience of downswongs) is to have someone watching.
even if you have to pay them i think it's the only thing that will help you that isn't a long break from poker. |

a break where u completely stay away from poker 100%, then come back when u feel like u really love the game and want to play |

passiveness is not profitable on 200nl yo, atleast definitely not to the same extent as it can be on higher overagressive stakes. |

good luck saki.
i am very agressive during my bad runs too. i find that i give too little opportunities to my opponents (at 200 and 100 nl) to make really bad bluffs. which has a big impact on winrate. so i help them to play well...
so might be some truth to what others are saying. i never played 600nl+ |

looks pretty standard except for the flush hand which is an acceptable "tilt" call anyway. this is prolly a really really bad run. take a break from poker, go someplace that'll calm your nerves first and foremost like the beach, really helps when poker doesnt have a big impact on your day to day mood. goodluck man and hope to see you winning again soon |

there are zero mistakes in these hands, with the slight possibility that the AJ should be folded on the flop or turn |

just off the top of my head thru quick review, you need to bet closer to pot on most flops, instead of betting 18 into 24, try betting 20 or 22. |
