Bleh, got stomped HU today, I think I play an uneccesary swingy style hu but w/e. Ill probably make a writeup about todays play later but Im to tired right now.
In other news, I have decided to take on a more healthy lifestyle. Since last week I will be excercising 5-6 times a week. Running and lifting weights. I just finished my first week of doing this and my entire body is acing hah. Im also going to eat alot healthier and I have stocked up on beans, wildrice and other disgusting but healthy stuff. If all works out well I will look like He-man by the time I get to vegas this summer.

just remove dry carbs from your diet, eat protein (steak, protein shake, real beef etc) // greens (make salads without sauce, if it's fresh ingredients it tastes v good) and continue working out. Problem w/ rice / poratoes is that they don't have much nutritional value, they just consume space and make you fat - they are more of a filler than anything else. Just eat the meats and greens, still taste good and v healthy

if you're not overweight or anything, then carbs are great for energy.. i'm overly skinny but lift weights all the time but eat like shit.. fast food every day.. if i ate right i could be a man beast.. good luck on your quest.
