Der ab dem 01.01.2008 geltende neue Lotterie-Staatsvertrag sieht in der Tat ein Verbot des Glücksspiels über das Internet vor. Allerdings ist eine Übergangsfrist bis zum 31.12.2008 vorgesehen, in der ein Mitspiel über das Internet weiterhin möglich sein wird.
Zusätzlich kollidieren Teile des neuen Lotterie-Staatsvertrages mit verschiedenen kartell-, wettbewerbs- und europarechtlichen Vorschriften, so dass es höchst fraglich ist, ob der neue Lotterie-Staatsvertrag in der vorliegenden Form am Ende des Jahres 2008 überhaupt noch Geltung findet. |

However there is a transition period till 31.12.2008 in which taking part in online gambling is still possible.
In addition to that law does not conform with all kinds of EU regulations which leads to the assumption that it is highly unlikely
This law will still be effective at the end of 2008 when the transition period is over.

how can i have played 6 k hands in my life ?
when i played 3,5 K the last 2 days

i am not sure but i guess i played 90K cashgame hands since October
And i have liek 50 K sng hands and maye 5 K tourney hands
and 80 K cashgame hands before october |
