Well i used to be like 24/21/3 in the past 
And bongky always was like 16/14 and we talked a lot on msn
i experiemnted a bit with lower Vpip and realized it works as good as higher Vpip but isnt nearly as stressfull
I dont look at my Vpip during a session.
maybe i ve become kinda lazy without noticing.
i definitely need to get it a bit up in the future.

If you're running at 20 ptbb with 14 vpip, I say stick with 14 vpip. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. When you stop getting paid off, that's the time to try fixing it. |

keep your vpip low at microstakes imo. I have about 16 vpip and am about 7/100 over about 50k hands at 25/50nl |
