I don't actually know.
Ever since a couple updates ago fulltilt HH's won't work right with my poker tracker, but I bet it's under 1 over the last 50k hands or so and not entirely do to bad luck.

I think you should move up, you say you can't focus and you are playing inconsistently.. Well, are you sure this isn't because 100$ feels like nothing now?
I know I played the best poker I'd played in a month when I moved up to 1/2 at the beginning of september.

Yeah, I guess thats probably quite possible. I mean, I'ld like to think I have the disicpline to play well regardless of the stakes, but this may actually be a large part of it.

Yeah might be worth a try to move up. I also had a very low winrate @ NL200 over a large sample, I was way overrolled as well, and since I moved up, I tilt a lot less (it's almost completely under control) and also spew less --> my winrate went through the roof and I'm now very comfortable there (70k hands).
Also facing possibly better competition is not entirely negative since it can make you improve your game.
