I've been asked alot why I'm shortstacking NL200, and theres a few factors to why;
I feel more comfortable on a $100 buy-in
The Salamanca casino near my house has $100 max 1/2, so im used to it.
The pla<x>yers aren't that great
I can sustain a nice winrate there
Heres my stats from today;
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 2741 hands and saw flop:
- 139 out of 414 times while in big blind (33%)
- 70 out of 406 times while in small blind (17%)
- 199 out of 1921 times in other positions (10%)
- a total of 408 out of 2741 (14%)
Pots won at showdown - 64 of 125 (51%)
Pots won without showdown - 328
and the night session
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 1107 hands and saw flop:
- 57 out of 154 times while in big blind (37%)
- 26 out of 154 times while in small blind (16%)
- 71 out of 799 times in other positions (8%)
- a total of 154 out of 1107 (13%)
Pots won at showdown - 21 of 38 (55%)
Pots won without showdown - 149
And a little graph

GL everyone,
Ryan (DReaMe) SupaNooooooooova

assuming ur a better player, the more BBs the more edge you have. So you can sustain a better winrate at 100NL than 200 (assuming everyone buys in for 100 in an ideal world lol). i think shortstacking is a bad idea no matter how its done especially if your a good player |

how can 200NL be easier than 100NL? It just can't be possible that all these people are wrong and you are right. Don't try to reinvent the wheel if it ain't broken |

don't change short term plans for long term goals when you're obviously running good/playing well. one tilt-ass session and everything can turn to shit pretty quick. been there sooo many times changing gears when everything was running well then monkey-tilting when suddenly you realize that everything changes once you deviate from the "correct" route to building a bankroll or moving up. just a friendly advice. |

I've paid my dues hard, 400,000 hands played is plenty.
