In other news I threw down $20 to play micro PLO and have run it up to $150. I performed a deposit audit and I've dumped $500 on ClubW this year, all in $20 increments so lol @ me. Most of it PLO, but I've never had a runnup. I completely changed everything about my game to address the biggest and most obvious leaks I could detect. In fact I dont think i've had a losing session once yet. When I get to $200 I'll move up to nickel stakes, and if I continue doing well I may just throw down 2000 at the live scene thinking I've finally cracked the game for good.

Damn, I missed it!

PLO is such a crazy game. I remember looking into it. Go look at variance calculators. I remember looking up like 400,000 hands at 8ptbb/100 winrate with a standard standard deviation and that is about what it takes to not have any chance of losing in a year. Brutal. Kelly betting from 1/2 online is the way to go most likely unless you like playing live more. I think you would probably be better off spending your money elsewhere though to be honest. Your heart might be into it but it's more than likely a scourge on your soul long term.
