So I need to vent. Go from having a 13 buy in day, to dropping 18 buy ins in less then 36 hours. Didn't even think it was possible to lose this much in such a short period of time. Ran like complete shit, tilted off a couple buy ins as well. Fuck I didn't even play that bad I just couldn't hold, couldn't get there with draws. Every fucking hand was a cooler. Bleh.

Fire away LP on how no one cares and Im terrible. Im ready for it.

sooner or later in poker everyone runs worse than they ever thought possible. it's how you handle your downswings that really sorts the good players from the bad. anyone can win and play good solid poker when they are getting a nice run of cards.
Focus on how you can improve your EV, that's all you can ever do. |

My worst ever was -23 buyins in 7 hours or so. Made it back in thee days. ^^
Really anything can happen so dont worry.. Now when i'm winning i keep playing and my stoploss is -3 buyins. No disasters since then. |

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

Prove it nigga
In all honesty, I thought you only started ~6 months ago? I was unaware you went back in time, jumped up numerous stakes, and won at a stake over a significant amount of hands.
Or am I dealing with the 'day over blues', and you actually started a year and a half ago? fml |

I think I played my first hand of online poker end of 2012 and posted here semi regularly because I came from broodwar and starcraft 2. Played pretty casually off and on for about a year. Start of 2014 played more seriously and I did beat stakes up to nl25 by May. Although like I said I was a small winner there (very small, like barely over break even). So yea Devon. Day over blues. |
