I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time

Looks pretty cool.
Volvo makes some nice looking cars. I love my S60, looks so good to me despite the fact its a 9 y.o. car with a ~13 y.o. design. Comfortable as fuck too. Im not even thinking about changing it soon, would love it if i can get ~5 years more with it . Next car would most likely be a Volvo too.
Poker chobo.

I have a 2002 S60 AWD, its a good car, and the door is bullet proof .. got shot by some fake ass gangster and the bullet stopped in the door panel
Overall i really like the car though, it was half the price of my BMW and twice as reliable

thanks for input Haivan and milk, I am interested in getting a really inexpensive but very safe car that has at least known reliability/understood future repairs-costs. Researched a lot of volvo and each model, found some interesting details. It seems the XC90 2005-2006 is a pretty solid go to but still very expensive eg. the safest vehicle possible.
How are your guys thoughts on miles-max miles, can you easily push a well maintained and good paired engine/trans of volvo inexpensively? I'm thinking over 200k miles, like 250-300k miles?
The only way to get a XC90 under $10k have to hit up the 200k km/130k miles but again name of game is not wasting money. Other option is 2007 S80, again same idea on miles.

There is a guy with an xc90 in my building, good looking car, interior is basically the same as my S60, engines in XC90 and S60, S80 are the same - the 2.4D/D5.
Maintenance is not cheap id say medium range idk really, but id say it evens out when you consider that those cars are usually pretty reliable and dont brake too often. Im at 174k km and im basically just changing oil/filters and all those basic things at like 10-12k km. If you dont skimp on maintenance im pretty sure those engines could go well over 300k km. And if safety is important to you i think you can never go wrong with a solid volvo - S60, S80, XC90.

Yes, the 2.5T 5cycl is the engine I am looking at for the XC 90 after some research. I did hear the parts from volvo are expensive compared to others, which makes sense. Probably similar to VW prices, as I hear they rip you the fuck off trying to get parts for jetta or golf, but also that VW break down a lot, where as, the volvo does not if you have the right engines/model years/maintenance
