all I got to say is...did you even look at the types of starting hands you're playing in omaha. Jesus I don't play poker and I know that a lot of the hands you're over-playing preflop are bad and will inevitable lose you money in the long run.
AJQ2 with jack high flush draw is such a crazy weak hand. The 2 is fucking useless card unless you get a 345 runout so essentially you're playing omaha with 3 cards. Think about that while not high. Look at your opponents hand and how it all works together, and all his options on many flops.

royal, that was probably one of my lightest 3bets ever though at plo from oop lol, it just so happened that happened, so yes def totally my fault, but wanted to 3b and control the betting with a hand like that or fold, and i had been on the timid side i believe before that.
