Well apparently I really suck at 5 10 even though the regs there are shit

Even though I dont really like that allin ev bs I am running like 16k below ev in 5 10 which is a small relief I guess

I still just really cant decide if I wanna start training in Muay Thai, it will take up about 10hrs a week whereas I already have school about 15hrs a week and play poker about 20hrs a week as well as go out a fair bit so im not sure if Im gonna have enough time for it...And I really dont wanna half ass it or anything like only go to half of the workout sessions or anything like that, idk

I also just got done writing my first test of the year in accounting, at the very end of the test the prof says time up put your pencils down... so I quickly scribble an equal sign to complete a problem and he walks over and looks at me in front of everyone in the lecture hall and goes...

"Oh congratulations you just earned yourself a zero for that" like wtf

I was like well I can erase the equal sign if you really want and he just stares at me for awhile and walks away... Im like ok cool thanks for that... sweet start to the year lol and a little embarrassing as well

i failed miserably.

down 800. which really sucks because i felt really soul crushed. people put 3/4 of their stack in drawing to a gutshot and hitting on the river multiple times against me.

KK vs AA 3 times. i just feel so soul owned...

oh well, time to play tommorow. besides, no sleep = fail.

Yesterday I played my 9th session at the local casino...made a profit of 8.1k(405bb) after 2hrs play only...The winning concept was to play at a soft table, play good, win big pots with strong hands and fold crap. Won like 2k with AK vs 66, 2k with KK vs ?? and ??.

But yesterday I will not remember as my biggest winning session so far,but instead for being one of the suspected cheaters at the table. What happened was that the dealer had to change deck several times during a very short period of time since some cards got scratched with a nail or something at the back. This happened last sunday also when I was playing. I got scared because I was the only one playing both times, and when the floor manager told the dealer to check who folded what cards I almost tilted when I finally called a straddle with J9s only to hear the hand after that a J was marked..lool! Got so scared that they would suspect me and ban me from my newly found goldmine! However, when I got home I started to think about the whole thing. The situation has occured 2 out of 9 times and the only thing in common is that I've been sitting at the same fucking table...lol it must be the automatic dealer machine that scratches the cards! Now I don't know if I should say this to the casino or if that only makes me more suspicious? Maybe just should avoid table no 9!

Another related question? What can the merit be of marking the back of a deck that you don't deal yourself in a way that can't be recognized by the eye???It is always the dealer that feels with his fingertips that some card is marked but I have never seen anything!?

only put in 6 hours today. So, it's not that good, but not that bad either. Ran decently well, had KK vs AA twice, AA vs QQ lost and some other shit, but overall i played well. Still making some bad call downs, but overall I am beating this game pretty ez. Didn't run 10BI under EV, so that's good.

In fact, today i ran above EV by 1 BI. My first 1k hands were played pretty poorly, as you can see from the redline. Other than that, the other 5.5k hands were mainly played well. I figure I'm beating nl50 at around 8ptbb/100, so that's good. Hopefully I can run above EV sometime.

Girls still tilting me, but hopefully it'll get better. I know money helps with the emoness.

So poker has gone not awful, but definitely not what i wanted it to be. My winrate is like 1.6 pt bb, I want it to be around 2.5 at least (its hard for me to have a good winrate trying to play as much as I want to play). So I was looking at graphs and noticed that my red line is super bad. I know why too, back 18 months ago it was so easy to have a good idea when players were check raising light and 3 betting light. They did it on bad flop textures and it was pretty easy to know when to rebluff or call down.

Now, poker is so much harder. I dont know what to do. I dont even like playing anymore. I am done with poker as of next summer by the latest. I think for the time being I am going to try to 2 and 3 barrel more often with a different bet sizing line of 4xbb preflop, 8xbb flop, 22xbb turn, shove river. I think bigger bet sizing will get more folds by the 2nd barrel(at least at 200 nl).

took 2 tests pretty much studied straight 17 hours with no sleep. was planning on coming home taking a few beers, hittin a few bowls and calling it a day.

but i was on several 5 hour energies (which i think works pretty well) and ran into a friend i used to flirt with about 2 semesters ago. anyway she offered me a ride home and asked me about my day. we talked i explained to her my plan to waste away the day (she had 4 tests this week). she asked if she could join me and i enthusiastically answered yes. so we drink/smoke watch a movie (adventureland followed by grandma's boy).

i only have one chair in my room so guests always sit/lay on my bed so we watched the movies in bed. she subtledly touches me (i've been waiting for it all day) and i just (very forward/obvious no class/suave) touch her and we are making out and then we just locked eyes for a bit. (i've been hot ever since she came over) but the feeling subsided (maybe the booze/weed) when we locked eyes and i'm pretty sure we just went to bed....anyway i woke up like 2 hours ago and she's still here sleeping. so obv i played a few hands. still feelin really buzzed and i don't think i played all that great. i seemed to have won a lot of money from the shortstackers but lost alot bak to regs.

it was weird today. i don't expect much from her, but today was a perfect day. she made it a perfect day. i can't even explain it, i just felt the universe me and her were all aligned in every way possible (prob the weed talking i get like that i don't know why). but i'm just glad happy about today.



anyway poker wise, over the past few days i've been playing exclusively at nl 50 and haven't had a losing session yet which is good. also i feel nl 50 is alot easier than nl 25 for me personally. another thing i've decided to just nit it up with AK. i don't think AK does very well when all in pf. And this is just my opinion, extrapolated from my experience. Over the past AK stack offs I was genuinely happy to see QQ's as KK and AA were just a more common/frequent sight. i think 4 betting AK fails in part because AQ AJ no longer stacks off with a shared A. If someone is 3 betting you with weak Ax KQ and gay shit, calling with AK is so much superior than 4 betting and giving them a chance to fold weak shit. also folding AK to 4 bets is fine too since i don't really think that many ppl 4 bet 88-JJ ever. i suppose alot of the high stakes players <3 ak because of how ridiculously aggro its supposed to be pf. i guess it's all really player dependent but i'm not gonna stack off with AK any more pf unless player pretty much asks for it. also AK implied odds blow so much asshole in a 3 bet pot (which makes me want to 3 bet wider range and just c-bet the A boards)

recovery not going as well as I'd like lol

guess I'm going to try and get myself to play nl100 until friday night, not sure if I'll succeed at that (tbh I will probably play 2 1/2 and 2 .5/1 tables)

I think I'm going to drive home to orlando (from vegas) about 10days from now.. I'd like to make a little trip out of it if anything interesting comes up. Anyone have any ideas etc?

Got 12x AA in my last 1.2k hands which is quite a lot, too bad it's also my biggest loser...

-Just won blinds pre 3x
-Went postflop with it 2x, 1x I had to fold on river, posted it here, most people agreed, 1x I got it all-in vs KK on turn, he turned his magic K when 2/3 stack went in on flop.
- Got it all-in pre 7x, all of them against PP's which of 5x against KK, in total of the 7x I won 2x...

Just had to whine here a little bit because it's retarded to see that HEM says over your last couple of hands, AA is your biggest loser...

I have somehow determined that I want to become a SNE next year and a SN in 30 days. Hopefully, I can hit SN before the end of September to get the 1k bonus and the 800 bonus soon.

My Plan for the next 30 days:

Grind nl50 till BR at 6k
Cash out 3k
Grind nl100 till BR at 10k
Grind nl200.
