I'm planning on starting to exercise as it will apparently improve my poker game. I'm going to cycle every other day, on the days im not cycling i should be doing bodyweight exercises right? I only have 7kg dumbells, what exercises should I be doing and how many sets/reps or whatever keeping in mind im really unfit (not fat though, just havent exercised for a long time)
In other news, I HAD A WINNING DAY HOLY SHIT.

the 5x5 program is probably the most recommended type of program out there for beginners. All you really need to do is train smart and whatever you do for the first 6 months or so will show good gains because the body is so unaccustomed to physical stress. Add proper diet and a solid sleep regimen, and your golden. |
