hit the bubble in daily doller. by VeGeTTa89, November 10

I got ITM in yesterdays daily dollar. I was really high on my pain medication for my back and some weed so I ended up passing out with 8000 chips in around 900th place. I wake up to find that I landed somewhere in 538th NOT BAD. WISH I wouldn't have passed out though, I prob woulda lost anyways but maybe coulda gotten farther into the bubble. This tourney is hardcore. I don't remember what time I passed out at,(Maybe around 12-1.)

538 out of 10000 people, isn't to shabby

Week One =D by Fujikura, November 10

I guess it will kind of spam the blogs on LP if I post a graph every day, so I'll just post them in here after each day. Here is day one! Kind of a sick heater, but it feels so nice to get 19% ROI 50 tabling muahaha. Honestly, I've been below EV for a long time, so this isn't really a brag or anything, just me running way over EV ^^

new setup by hansen jr., November 10

I've wanted an imac for some time just because its sexy but that have never justified buying it, but when they recently released it with a 27" screen to a reduced price i had to get one.

So far i love it and its way more comfortable with one big in front of me instead of two small screens. Was a bit disappointed with that it could only fit 6 full size tables with no overlap (i think 30" can fit 9 or 12?), but since i play 6 most of the time and 8 tops it wont be too much of a problem. Windows 7 runs smoothly on it too (i use windows just for poker and os x whenever im doing other shit).

Blogging lulz by Fujikura, November 09

OK. So, I feel like I need to start tracking my results from now on... If anybody actually reads this, don't be one of those people who just reads and goes to another page, at least leave a comment even if it is just "a" or something. I just kind of want to see if anybody is actually reading my blog, etc. Starting today, when I finish grinding, I will post daily results for this week, then will start posting only weekly results. I just want to get into the habit of blogging since it makes me feel good about myself, even if few or no people care. Anyway, good luck everyone!

From Zero to Hero by LemOn[5thF], November 09

Made a couple of terribad plays(see below) today when I returned to NL25 after some NL10 rampage.
These were not tilt plays however, which makes me very very happy. I tilted out only 3 BI last 7 days which really fills me up with joy and hope.

These hands are an example of the second biggest leak of mine (but it impacts my game WAYY WAYYYYY Smaller than my hypertilts) - playing based on a very tiny sample.

The 180 bb hand was based on 40/30/4 stats and only one read - he check shoved 2 pair on the flop.

The K9s hand was meh, the 50/30 dude was opening about 50% 3way hands and his fold to 3bet was around 80% only from 60 hands.
I feel that the check shove was good though as I am c/f with overcards here always and he will always bet.

The 88 hand was based on 6/9 3bets, 1/2 4 bet over like 80 hands. Real bad :o

Anyway, this is not something that will pin me to NL25 or NL50, but a second biggest leak I have to work on after my control of tilts caused by external factors (tiredness from work mostly)

Here we go (again) by Hoolz_1907, November 09

Hi LP,

Been a long time ago since I played some poker but here we go (again). Started on NL10 FTP with little under 20BI and builded to NL25 now and I'll just grind to where I can. Got Pokertracker via LP today so I got STATS now! This is from todays session

http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/7469/session0911bb.jpg

http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/6953/session0911ev.jpg

One sorta cool hand for 600bb. The guy instashoved, in hindsight my reraise is too small couldnt see his betsize HUD was blocking it (still have to sort that out in PT3)
+ Show Spoiler +

Also had a few troubled hands as you can see from the graph. Does anyone fold this turn to the minraise or perhaps shove? Villain is 27/17/2.14 over 220 hands. Before this hand he 3betted me a few times from the blinds.
+ Show Spoiler +

Help is appreciated

And for those who didn't get the chance to watch the new South Park eps yet this scene is gold.

Sorry nl50 ftp regs by Night2o1, November 09

I decided I'm going to play nl50 for 10bi, evaluate how I'm feeling and what my BR is doing and then either move back to nl100 or play nl50 for another 10bi. I'm not sure what my goal from there is going to be, yet. Spending time at nl50 seems like it'll suck, and I'm am pretty sure I could just jump right into nl100 again but I don't want to risk my mental state, so that's why I'm chillin at nl50 building confidence for a little bit.

I'll be playing on the deep tables because I still can't take a ten dollar shortstack very seriously..

As a start to getting back on track my first poker session was today! I spent an hour and I think I won a couple of buyins (got spewed at hard this session). So that's good.

Hopefully I can post a nice nl50 graph in a week or 2
