New best day ever, lolz. by DustySwedeDude, November 26

Up 2.4k euro today, like 2 hours of 4-5 tabeling because I couldn't find much action. That's pretty decent. I also withdrew a couple of K's to pay for X-mas so I'm pretty happy, lolz. Then I called some girl form before and told her that since she's single now I'll have my way with her when I get home over X-mas. She seemed pleased with that statement. Overall I'm pretty much teh pwnage.

Busto by Sheitan, November 25

Well almost, after my epic tilting session where i dropped half my br i decided to drop more today due again to tilty play. Then i registered to some high buy in tournaments where i busted at the 60th place.

I really have some major issues with tilt, maybe cuz i take the game too seriously and get frustrated to get run over by idiots.

Anyway, i have $199.60 on fulltilt and $176.41 on Pokerstars. Never lost so much money in my life in such a short time span, it's painful but i don't give up. I will NEVER give up, i'll keep playing and grind back every penny.

But first i need to lick my wounds and i'll spend the end of november reading poker books and watching every single videos on CR. Come back in shape and hopefully this time i'll be able to reach my second milestone: $10k.

That's all, i think it will be my last entry until next year, hopefully my LP buddies (ggplz, critterer, nutshot) will run good until then and i wish you all the best at the tables... see you in 2k8 !

back from the dunes by KeanuReaver, November 25

people get rowdy real quick, my friends fiancee couldn't handle the atmosphere and was real snappy at us most of the weekend.

we drank way too much beer, it was just ridiculous how many cans we had to clean up before we left glamis.

when your knee is already injured, you should not go riding at night when drunk. when you decide to go riding at night when drunk with an injured knee and you feel your quad about to roll, you should not try to brace yourself and your bike up with the injured knee. i learned these lessons the hard way, and i have a grapefruit sized knee for my troubles. there's bruising around the inside of the knee where i initially tore it and the outside of my knee has sharp pains in it constantly. i can't wait to see what extra damage i've done.

in any case, it's time to now start preparing for the trip to APPT sydney. im hoping to get names and numbers from lp.netters that'll be there so we can hang out and party. if you're going send me your name and number or just an aim s/n.

I'm back by JerseyMuscle, November 25

So after my last post I decided to take a break from playing poker seriously, but that lasted all of 2 weeks. I got $50 onto Full Tilt and was playing $2 SNGs and doing fairly well, but after awhile of playing the same thing I get real bored. So even though I had a decent ROI%, I managed to donk it all away on MTTs and the like.

While that was going on, I deposited $50 to ePassporte to put it back on Stars. Well that finally cleared on Friday, so I resolved to play more dedicated and disciplined poker, and so far it's working out. Now before I donked away the original Stars roll, I was running at about 14PTBB/100 at NL2. So I was pretty confident going in, and had it up to $60 in the first night. Then I decided to try 12-tabling:

http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/3411/ptrackerdx9.jpg

So that was a pretty sweet ~4 hour session where I nitted it up. But I guess that will happen when you triple the tables you play at. Hopefully in the coming days I can have a few more of these.

As an aside, I was planning on moving up to 2c/5c at $125, is that too soon/late? Either way, I think by then I should be at least taking a shot.

New goals:
~At least to NL10 by the new year.
~At least 30k hands by the new year (should be easy with 9+ tables)
~No playing out of my roll. No playing drunk.
~Enough FPPs for something silly like a shirt.

GL all.

I run pretty good by TianYuan, November 25

The 7k hands of NL50 was me trying to play like 20 tables, I quickly decided against that :D

The NL100 hands are from 2 sessions of 9 tabling. Running sooooooooo good!

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/322472 - Guy stacking off 300bb deep with bottom 2 vs my straight. Ship?

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/322665 - EZ GAME SON

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/322668 - Wee

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/322667 - Hmm, had raised his limps a million times and he just kept folding post flop. I think I need to bet a little more on the turn, since I guess I have to shove a blank river if he checks to me..

I dunno, he's veryveryvery passive from what I've seen. I didn't want to get check C/R AI after making a huge turn bet, and I kinda thought he probably had a not so great hand.. Which doesn't make sense with the river shove but I figure if he calls the turn, he shouldn't fold river unless he has like a flushdraw, in which case he's folding regardless.

http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/322492 - Hm, I actually almost timed out here, but I thought he was in the blind, not UTG limper. AJ, KJ, QJ, TJ etc are much more likely from the BB IMO. Also had no history and IIRC he'd not done much, anyway. Wee, snapcall 2 streets and open shove river.

Ok, now that I hit goldstar I've ordered a Wii (weeee) and it's probably time to stop playing on stars (maaaan I don't want to quit, maybe I should just move to the UK so I dont have to pay taxes ).

If anyone wants Red9s $ and has money on Stars (or InterPoker, dunno if it's possible to do site transfers on InterPoker tho) I'm looking to move about 7k~ (a little less) off rednines. Red9s doesnt technically have inter site transfer either but I think it's possible by contacting their support.

I want to dodge the currency conversion fee that I have to endure due to my Red9s money being in $ and my Neteller account being in euro.

So shoot me a pm or something. If you are an ex-TL.netter I post as FrozenArbiter on there, I dunno if that adds credibility vis a vis money transferring but at least you know I've been around the TL/LP community for a few years

Live poker by Question, November 25

Yesterday I went to Casino to play some 1/2$.Players were really loose and sick.So I played very tight, but i was quite unlucky and some of my hands get sucked.
My first hand was KK with big action PF, but AXX flop Stoped the action...and i had to fold..
Second good hand i had was QQ.One guy before me raised to 15$,two other players called and i reraised to 80$ and put the original raisor all in...Unfortuneatly he had kings ) So I rebuyed and continued with folding...After few hands i floped set of fives and won about buy in.I continued with tight play and when I checked a time it was 4 o´clock morning so i decided to go home..
It was very unlucky session...flops were terrible and other players very lucky finnaly i was around -50$ so no trouble. )

Cya!
