Herro everybody.

Because keeping a blog seems to be the coolest thing since sliced bread i've decided to hop on the band wagon!

I arrived last night and Myth being the sick nice guy he is came to pick me up at the airport! (He place 39th in th 1kr, g. showing and from what i hear the field remaining was very, very tough.) Unfortunately Southwest lost my bag, which super life tilted me because pretty much all my clothes in the world and some other important things (phone charger, mouse, watch, PING PONG PADDLE) were in there. As if that wasn't bad enough, some bitch threw me out of the help office because I said "Fuck this company" when all they told me was "umm.. we don't know where your bag is.. if we don't find it we can give you a 50 dollar travel voucher!". Yes, losing well over 3k worth of clothes and my watch, not to mention being potentially stranded in a different city for 1.5 months with nothing is worth about 50 bucks in my book as well. That was the last time I will ever fly Southwest. (2nd time they've lost my luggage).

BUT!! the good news is that at least they did find it late night yesterday (no idea why it wasn't on our flight??) and brought it over to signature where I am staying. The suite i'm in is nicer than I had imagined, ty to Kaboom for making this possible.

A lot of ppl from LP hosue went to part at LAX last night but being the good stakee I am, I decided to come back and get a good nights sleep. I even drank bottled water instead of beer! Ok ok, I only didn't go bc I didn't have any clothes at the time.

Anyway i'm getting hungry and event starts in an hr. Time to shower and get dressed, then get some food, then proceed to pull a MrSmokey1. (He won the first event he ever played last year for those of you who don't know).

Good start to the month to say the least.. I've become MUCH more passive since the first couple days of the month and I'm really pissed at myself so I'm venting. I've had so many coolers and fun spots that I'm just really gun-shy about getting in a big pot because I have that "How will I get fucked this time?" feeling every time.

I don't expect you guys to read all of these hands but I put them all in one HH link so it'd be easier to skim through them all if you wanted a few laughs. There's even a guest appearance with Neilly which I think I misplayed pretty badly.

I had a pretty awesome session today, been up $1100 at one point and that's where it all went to hell :[.

First of all, this hand where no hand that could've beaten me made sense, so I called being sure I'd see a missed FD/SD.

Then another nice story took place. There was this monkey at the table, playing a total retarded 55/35. And I started getting raped by him. Just take a look (the lest hand is kinda tilty, so I stopped playing even tho the fish was still at the table (the session was long so I was pretty fed up with playing anyway)):

I played poker mostly live and made some nice ca$h out of it, so i decided to play on internet hoping of making more. I deposited 1000$ on ps and started playin my standard 1$-2$. I was doin pretty good goin up 500$, so i tryed 2$-4$. Then lost one hand for 500$ vs set, and started playin lower, and was loozing a lot, i started playing sit n goes, and lower cash games and after 3months i am succefuly at zero. I realized then i am not as good in poker as i tought i was, and that poker online is nothing like live poker. I still play some live games and live tourneys and doing good for my self. But internet is way different, people are much much tighter and most people got alot of experience. The other thing is that pokerstars is hardest site for cash games. Time to move on. I filled the promotion FTP for 50$ and hope to go up... Got to take it slow, play small stakes and lots of hands. And soon i'll be on top. gl all

Well Lee Jones tried to kill me tonight. I was playing great but just couldn't win a pot...no matter what I did. But I kept at it. And the hands evened themselves out. Very nice battle today I'd say.

Just finished a monster 8k hand session where I made partypoker 800$ in rake. Up 1k, down 2k, and back to even.

I was playing well until I got uber outplayed by stations, which put me on a small tilt session. I hate tilting because it's literally lightly money on fire and I have a hard time quitting. The session could have gone towards the -4k territory if I hadn't sucked out in some spots. Like shoving AQ on JTx board against AA and hitting. Luckily that last hand untilted me and I made a nice comback towards even for the day.

I'll do an analysis of the regs later but I'm just too tired right now.

I'm going to head to montreal to visit family soon and take a break from poker. I've played like 34k hands in the last 4 days and poker's feeling too much like a grind right now.

i've had a nice little run the last few days, but have taken a few gambles that could have hurt me badly. I'm lucky to be unscathed by this, and it makes me think that I need to spend more time on the lower limits working on my discipline before playing in the bigger games. I'm pretty confident I can win in any game up to 2/4 on stars, but for now grinding nl25-n50 will be best.

So I'm going to take the safe play, cashout $3k and leave myself $1k to continue grinding nl25-nl50. (mass table nl25 or 4 table nl50)

Trying to learn from my mistakes and take ze monies when its there instead of degening it off.

So the last to say before I sign off, hmm...I still have so much to work on in the discipline department. I'm going to be putting myself on each limit for a long period, like 1 month at nl25, 1 month at nl50, 1 month at nl100, 1 month nl200 and stay at nl200-nl400 from then on.

Weeee, CRRRRRUSSSSH. Going to move up to nl 10 soon, .02/.05 is my bitch. So after playing 900 hands earlier today and making 11bb/100 i thought i could play better. So i logged about 600 hands just now.

I've been listening to the new Tiesto In Search of Sunrise 7: Asia and I love it, I would recommend it to anyone who is a big fan of techno/trance.

I really need to log a lot of hands one of these days, but too lazy to play crazy high volume right now. Just taking it easy and preparing for finals next week. GL at the tables everyone.

Really disappointing result this time. Getting very good at chipping up through the final 18 down to 5 players. Did not play as well once it got down to the final 4 and played poorly to finish up in 4th. Played too AGG into stations because I didn't want the blinds to skyrocket, the result was not pretty.

Anyways I was playing 100 NL then went on a fairly brutal downswing and cash out tilted. Then I continued to run worse at 50NL. I have been playing 50NL for like half a year and it sucks to be stuck at it still. I still have 40 buyins at that level though and I made a resolution that I am not going to cashout tilt anymore or have to deposit in my account ever again. I am taking a break until Sunday where I am getting a lesson to find some leaks in my game. My goals for the month are as follows.

-Don't Cash Out
-Have 4500 Roll and be playing 100 NL
-Play ONLY 5 days a week. No more than three sessions a day.
-Make Platinum Star again

I am going to blog my progress every day so I can be ridiculed as much as possible
