Climbing Out Of The Shithole
tilted fish, Jun 07 2007
Hi everyone,
This is player Tilted Fish on Pokerstars.
Time goes by so fast... it was around this time last year I depossted $50 US into stars. I find myself more and more attached to this game. 95% of time I spent on computer is dedicated to Poker now that school is out. I find myself reading articles, looking at hands, calcuating odds, looking at betting patterns when I am not playing. Its crazy, I never thought I get this attached to this game.
During this past year I had 3 terrible BR damaging runs that I can remeber. where the dry streak was more than 20-30K hands with more than 10bi lost.
First one was at 10nl where I just sucked, 2nd at 25nl where I had tilt problems, but this recent one at 100nl I really cant explain. I no longer tilt or play when I am tired and since I am not able to read minds like some people here I have to rely on my descipline.
In this bad run I saw some nasty stuff, but I am sure everyone exprience something like this atleast once or twice a year. I just hope it doesnt happen anytime soon again.
but so far the recovery is going ok. I feel like I am not getting maximum value on some hands... thats actually one of the flaws in my game that I have to fix.

For now peace.

Went to a free music show being held at an art festival last night by Lotus (http://lotusvibes.com/), man was this show ever sick. During the middle of the show, a good friend fed me some hallucinogens. Before I knew it I was trippin my balls off at center stage surounded by tons of hotties, this was definately a site for sore eyes (first show in months).
So this lasted til night time, came back here with a couple girls I used to be good friends w/ in college and continued to get wasted all night. After dishing out some serious massages the night became, well, fun. =)
When I can figure out how to post pics on here I'll get some uploaded.
They took off in the wee hrs of the morning, couldn't get back to sleep so I started surfing the WSOP page.
Stumbled across something some of you might find quite interesting, here it is; look at 24th place (my unlucky number), 3/7/07.
Picked up 99 in the BB, MP opened for 35k at 5k/10k with QKos, (his stack was 135,000, and he didn't really look too confident in his hand), I reshoved for 110,000 in the BB, only to get called by his QK within a minute. I don't really see how he could have thought his QK was good, but w/e, donkaments..lol (this was my first shot to win some real monies w/ poker (More than 10k in one day that is, but wasn't meant to be..)
Oh, I sat with Bodogari (Ari Engel) for a half hour or so, he has really great table dimeaner and confidence, this kids definately gonna go to the top w/ poker!

Goin to a nice little 1/2 at a firehall here in Pittsburgh tonight from 7 til the morning, wish me luck! Pretty fishy game, couple luckboxes n a couple real players, other than that its your typical 1/2 Live game.

Here is the graph for June so far:

Discipline, Dedication, Desire. If i had to sum it up today, it would be these 3 words. I think my game improved a lot and i can finally say i beat NL10, took me a month so i think i may be a terrible poker player but heh, i don't want to be the next Jamie Gold anyway (lols). My goal is: beat all limits till i reach my owns, i love competition and it has been a long time since i didn't play such a challenging game.
This site is awesome, and i love u all guys, some of you are retards but the vast majority is nice people that don't mind sharing their knowledge with beginners and for that, i thank you all.
Biggest pot eva + wild wild session
Baalim, Jun 06 2007
just look at the graph wtf...

From bottom to top, its nearly 10 buy-ins in 1k hands!... and i lost a big 500bb pot... otherwise would be 15 buy-ins in 1k hands wich i think could be the biggest upswing ive seen in my life.
At the very beggining Gators started playing quite wild... shoving my 3bet. and then shoving when i raised his weak lead in another pot... so this pot came:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206999
He made a somewhat nice read, he is right i normally wouldnt play AK like that, however given the dynamics i would cuz i know he is playing back, fortunately he didnt have the balls to trust his read.... he also said he didnt believe me i had KQs.
Soon after that the session went horrible quite quick by stupid setups and beats:
56s not treating me well:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207000
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207003
intersting turn... he is a nit but ive been abusing him preflop.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207004
i played this very cautiosly as played it looked like a set boated up, i didnt think of a lower jack.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207012
mixed comments on this one, particulary i think i played this fine, if i were deeper i can fold, but im getting 6:1, its stupid to fold to his river bet as northface suggest, also i dunno what Zanjong tries to say, its just a set-up and he will pay me off with a big variety of hands other than a bigger flush.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207013
Probably very marginal flop call if somebody has a FD.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207014
-------------------------------------------
But enough downswing, then the upswing came... i dont have all the hands just a couple .. anywy here it is the biggest pot ive won in my life :D
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207072
i wonder if there is an scape of this if we were villian.
dummy with AA:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207078
-------
this could be the 15 buy-in in 1k hands.. but failed to hit:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207076
Annoying hand of the day:
Villian was a HUGE HUGE fish, i went to sleep at 6am! only to "chase" this guy and stack him, specially since he cracked my KK with a flopped straight... i slowly took my money back playing very very very loose in position calling with trash like 86o and calling him down when i hit a pair.
After a few hours bam, i get a hand... zomg nuts + redraw... this fish is going DOWN yes, every hour of wait was worthy... OMFG!!! 3 outer.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207121
why couldnt it be a 6h, lee you bastard!
PS: i didnt call flop only to chase gutshot, i tought i had the best hand
At the end of the day i had over 1,000 in 2 tables.. and 700 in another 2... i didnt win much but it was a wild session.
please rate 5/5 ;3
A Lot of Interesting NL400 Hands
JonnyCosMo, Jun 06 2007
So today's session was a little less than stellar. I've been running pretty well at NL400 for the most part and am up a couple thousand for the month, but today was my first losing day. After 1300 hands I was down $800ish which isn't bad at all considering it's only 2 buyins now. Ran into a lot of interesting hands, check em out:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207399 - Flopped quads and got an aggro donk to hang himself with a bluff.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207400 - Seemed like a good time to semi-bluff. Apparently I was wrong. Opponent in this hand has been pretty aggressive for the most part, check-raising a lot of flops light so I figured he could only call this with a pretty strong hand.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207402 - Bad Beat. I can take it. Pretty standard for me.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207403 - Opponent is playing 28/5/1 and seems like one of those stupid loose/passive fish that would check-call a pot size bet on this river w/ 1 pair. But he happens to shove... WTF? I think this is a fold.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207406 - Could Poly_Baller run any better vs me? This seems pretty standard.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207408 - River robbed me of $100ish on this hand. Growl!
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207409 - This was a pretty sick hand. Dofnsman43 reads through my turn bet pretty well and realizes I'm trying to pick up the pot since I know niether of the players in the hand have an ace. I suspect he's probably pretty weak but puts me on a bluff at the time so he will most likely hero call the river if I bet, so I'm totally done with this hand after the turn. River gives me a set. Bet pot, ship the $100 I lost in the previous hand!
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207412 - Run better plz you short stack monkey.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207414 - Pretty sick line this guy takes. This was actually the 2nd time he's done this to me with this exact same line. You guys can't understand my curiousity on what hands he's doing this with. I think I'm going to call next time and find out
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207417 - Meh, this hand was a pretty tough situation. I called mainly because I figured MrteddyKGB is 3 betting JJ+ preflop, so I can't be totally dominated in this hand. And there is a fair chance he has 99 or a sick combo draw like AQhh. I felt gross when I saw his hand... Run better plz =
Hope these are interesting enough.

Coaching and such
Today (and the last few days) have been going great. Corwin has helped me A TON with my game, and has already fixed a ton of my leaks and opened my eyes to a lot of concepts I was missing. I've decreased my tables to 4, and have been trying focus really hard on each hand, and have been trying to pay more attention to detail.
Heres today's figures:

Not too many noteworthy hands. I found a few spots to shove for value and got insta-called which was nice. Hopefully I'll continue to run good and progress.
I'll leave you all with this...

Prob. 3 worst beats of the day- _- Played maybe 4-5k hands and lost pretty much exactly 300$ so I'm back to where I was 2 days ago.
Oh this hand was funny as well -- http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/207257
Yeah.
I guess on a positive note I didn't really tilt at all (only tilt would be betting pot instead of my usual 75-80% of pot ==). And a hand with JJ where I got swamped by other tables and made a poor decision, + KK vs a nit but that wasn't so bad, most people don't lead with sets anyway.
Graph of hands since I moved back to PS from UB..

Taking a break until I PS approves the LP fish as my display pic. -.-

NL50
NeillyJQ, Jun 05 2007
Woke up feeling pretty beat after last nights session, and started the day off with some of the 350FPP/500FPP SnG's for the $216 tickets. Was going well in both but busted in the FT in both, one AQ vs AJ - didn't save the HH, and this one.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206757
After this, I finally downloaded Ventrillo which I've planning to DL for months but just been to lazy, and went over an in depth 2/4 session with DooMeR, as he was pretty much crushing the fields.
After obbing his session for a couple hours, I needed to play, a game where I would be challenged and play my best.
NL50 it was, and although the session didn't last long because I had to leave, it went well.
Here are the key hands I played today;
vs Hochmagandy - Don't even ask me what the hell this idiot was thinking, I put him on 55-99 on the flop, his range opened alot after he called my turn bet, but still felt like I was ahead, then a 5 hits on the river and I need to shut down...oh well, I guess I want him calling me here so w/e.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206816
vs Jrokk - isolating the weak limper - low flop comes, led the flop to take it down from any air / weak holdings villian was holding.
Turn I pick up FD and feel like hes weak, he checked instantly, I picked up 9 more outs and feel like he'll drop any low pp here, as well as 67 and maybe some other weak pairs. River I hit gin, VB the river fairly strong.
I was fairly lucky in this hand, but he could have definately folded his hand on either the flop or turn imo, I don't feel like this is the correct way to play this hand everytime, but vs weak/tight opponents I think its fine.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206818
vs Jrokk again - This is the 3rd time in the last 20 minutes or so I had isolated Jrokk, and I could tell he had enough of it. The board is semi-draw heavy, and I know Jrokk is limping hands like 89os - ATos. I check the flop to control the pot, turn its fairly clear I have the best hand with my A high, and his reraise just makes no sense (*spew* *cough*)
His small bet on the river made the hand easily callable, I think I was calling most bets on this river vs the villian given the circumstances.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206826
vs ProdigalPimp - Here I put villian on AKs,TT-QQ, didn't put AA in his range at all the way he played it, if he shoved PF I probably would have mucked given all the action between our bets and how defined my hand is, so I guess he got what he deserved.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206820
vs Hoseth10 - I really misplayed this hand, leading the flop OOP here is retarded now that I think about it, I think AK will check here, and if I want to win this pot, a c/r or c/f is definately the best play, not DONKBET/FOLD.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206824
vs Chiennoir - Happy birthday to me.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206825
vs Donsartino - He's on a 20% bi here, I have AK & position. He donks out on this flop after calling my bet PF, but his bet is so small, its obvious he has the nuts or nothing, and much more often than not, its nothing. I never give anyone on a BI this small any respect, and run them down quite often with marginal holdings such as AK.

Back at NL400 (Brag)
JonnyCosMo, Jun 05 2007
Went back to NL400 today. I've been doing really well at 1/2 again and got my confidence back so I decided to have another go at it tonight. Loaded up 3 tables at first, then added a 4th about 30 mins into my session and really tried to focus on my play. My friend Pavel (pmilanov on PokerStars) railed most of my session and he gave me his input on his bizzare style. I got into a lot of funky spots because of it, but overall it worked out. Here are some of the hands from my session:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206405 - My plan on the river was to check-fold. I swear. This player plays 3 bet pots very fast on the flop, so his flat call screamed uber strength. Dont ask me why I called, I stupidly changed my mind and decided not to go with the read. Curiousity killed the cat. And yes, I know open shoving the river is the standard play.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206406 - Same player, yet difficult situations due to the fact we were so deep. I feel the majority of the time in this spot I have the best hand, but playing past this flop is difficult out of position.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206407 - This was Pavel's bizzare idea to just flat preflop (my standard play is like 100% 3 bet). As played this hand got really interesting.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206408 - Super standard, not really interesting.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206409 - Pretty standard.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206410 - Ding. Well played sir.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206411 - Ding again. Thanks for the free cards.

Smokey is my hero
Daut, Jun 05 2007
So me and a bunch of guys got 2 houses for the summer. if we combined the players in them, it's a really sick collection of players.
The first house is bushman, smokey, ozzy, zeejustin, roman, and the second house is xTBCx (100/200 200/400 limit player), beatiful man, genius28, martine23, reddog, ahhh snap, and me.
In the first event of the WSOP, 3 of the 5 of us who played it made the final 2 tables. martine23 got 12th, steve (xTBCx) got 11th, and smokey is a total hero and won the event.
im gonna go out on a huge limb but i think smokey is the best NL tournament player in the world, especially live. He just plays every hand to the best of his ability and nothing ever makes him lose focus. He's inspired me to play better and I have played extremely well since day 1 of mandalay bay main event when he was at my table.
anyway, everyone from the houses went out to the FT to rail it. When it got down to hu a few guys made some bets with FBT's crew on who would win. Hu starts and FBT had a slight chip lead. Thankfully for smokey, hu started out in NL.
First hand, Smokey raised the button and FBT reraised from the bb. Then the following transpires:

Basically smokey sits there thinking for 2-3 minutes before deciding to call preflop. The deliberate actions out of smokey are literally the scariest things in poker. Imagine sitting there for 2-3 minutes getting stared down by an unflinching extremely focused opponent and then he just calls PREFLOP.
No offense to greg, because he seemed to play really well at times, but smokeys presence at the table is really scary.
anyway, it was a pretty good hu match and bounced back and forth, and it seemed like smokey really had control of the NL portion of the hu match while the cards really controlled the limit part, whoever was running better at the time seemed to win, however, it did seem like greg had an edge on smokey during the limit periods. Fortunately he was able to win a few big pots during limit and come out on top.
its really great for the image of online players that everyone is doing so well lately. we're really taking over all the major tournaments, and have won the last few big ones, including mandalay and mirage.
im really happy for smokey and hope its a good start to the summer for all of us. here's a really cool picture taken after the win:

back row: nat arem, me, pbdrunks, brandon schaefar and a beautiful man (hiding in the back right)
middle row: roman (empire2000), ozzy, buko, zeejustin, ahhh snap
bottom row: bushman, smokey, martine
As for me, so far this summer im doing alright. have broken even online basically, which stinks, but ive done alright in tourneys so far. I cashed for 35k in the mandalay main event, which was pretty disappointing considering the steep payout structure, and i got 159th in the 1500 nl event for 4700 or so. im playing the 1k rebuy tomorrow and i am really pumped to play it.
i have a funny story which ill post next week i think, me and ahh snap got totally owned.

1k in a day!
tilted fish, Jun 04 2007
Wello hello again,
Its been a while, but its time for an update. Since last entry alot of stuff has happend but today I reached a new milestone.
Before That, let just say I had the best trip of my life going to Fiji and New Zealand. couple of days in Fiji in a nice resort then to New Zealand where we camped around the country, south and north Island.
We spent only 1-2 night at one place and just travelling around and doing all kinds of fun stuff. I was impressed by the amazing beaches in New Zealand. It is just dreamy. We just made 1-2 hour stops along the beaches unfortunatly but I finally took of my cloths and just ran into the water, which was stupid really with the waves there, but so temtpting at the same time. In Vancouver water is just too cold, I just had to do it.
tilted fish going for a swim:

anyways as for poker. like I said I reached a new milestone. After hours of playing I finally hit 1k

I dont like to whine nad bitch about bad beats, but I must say I saw some pretty wild stuff. back to back. withing minutes. I am comming from a good run tho so I can manage for now. I still have 40+ bis for 100nl so hopefully I can stay at this limit cause I know I am one of the better players.
Incase you are wondering why I didnt post my good run and I did this... well it makes you feel better about your day doesnt it? dont lie now!
Anyways for now GG.
p.s.
6-max or FR?

I almost forgot!!
Ok you know the ULTIMATE donkey who always gets lucky on the tables and ends up with a 2+ bis... how bad do you want to stack him when deep?
This dude would call ANYTHING preflop and chase anything and would hit it.

oh this felt good.... words cant describe it. Not because it was the biggest pot I have played online (I have won a bigger one in casino) but because it was the guy who has all the nasty notes on him but gets away with it.
NL25
NeillyJQ, Jun 04 2007
Today was a nice day, took a small break and started a cash session.
Started playing deep on NL25, got about 2,000 hands in before I started to feel a little fatigue, I played roughly 12 hrs today.
The cash session didn't go to bad, only finished up 1bi, but could have definately finished up 4 or 5.
Tomorrow night is going to be pretty special for LP, as our very own Daut44's WPT win will be televised on the Travel channel. Don't miss out, I'm sure it will be hella entertaining watching all our fellow forum users, and Daut44 applying his great game theory and reading abilities on TV! Tom, Rain, Can't wait ^^
Going to go over a few key hands, any constructive crisism is welcome;
vs Fleury - observation is that he's a bad player playing shortstack on NL25, his small raise screams draw or nuts to me, so i just put it in. risk reward was great here, rarely he has a better hand imo.

vs LowLead77 - The pot was opened with pedro who plays fairly aggressive and likes to raise weak in late position, I raised here OOP hoping to take it down PF, but was called by LowLead whom I read for JJ/QQ.
A high flop came out, with his stack being so small I decided to attempt to take him off of any PP. He reluctantly made an "ok" call, only to be ran over by my outs.

This hand pissed me off kelly sucked out on me 3/3 today.
Guess that happens when you always have the best hand vs a donk like this, right?
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206322
This hand pissed me off, Put him on a weaker ace than me on the flop, now that I think about it, I should have just shoved flop, no reason to fold this here imo. Agree shove is best here?
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206316
Weeeeeeee! This guy just can't fold
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206308
Happy birthday to me~
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206300
Such a drawheavy board I was sure he was on JQ/J9, shoving here is always best? Figured he has me beat here about 20% of the time, dangerous to check though..
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206279
vs svDadon - This guy sucks. I can't really believe he would have any ten to call the reraise w/ OOP, so his range to me is Quads - AA/ AK AQ. Flat the flop n hit gin, no reason to raise from here having this guy donk into me.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206273
Sams one of the only other players at the table w/ a stack over 1bi, I have 1.7bi's.
He has only seen me play high quality hands so far, I think QQ was all. I decide that I'm going to take him off of his weak hand any chance I have here, and repop PF to isolate and instill fear into him. Flopped the joint, put him on nines or tens and looked to maximize value. Obviously I didn't do too well of a job, any advice on a better way to play this hand postflop?
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206276
vs shakeNbake24 - Put villian on a strong ace or medium high PP when he flatted my raise, as I was multitabling *had 12 goin at the time*, i misclick minbet flop, which set this up. Can't really take any credit for playing this well, just worked out.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/206274
Multiway pot - Tough spot - This pot was very tricky for me. JC's range was narrowed down well, but Riverqueen86's range was TT-AA/AQ-AK (I thought), as he shoved over me I was going to call his raise because it was so small, then out of the blue JCA shoves me in? zlikeomgwtfm8~! Obviously a muck now.

Well, gonna watch some WPT episodes, get baked n enjoy the night. My first winning session in a week was very welcome and look forward to many more.
Hoping to improve more tomorrow and hopefully have a nice day as well. Please post any constructive crisism about my hands, I realize there are holes in my game, which I intend to plug asap.
Thanks and GL to everyone !

So I took the night off last night after FTing 3 $4 180 man SnG's and only finishing w/ 5th 6th and 7th losing QQ vs JQ,KK vs AJ, 88 vs A6
Woke up today ready to own the world, and started trying out the 350FPP-2700FPP $216 ticket tournaments (for sunday million), FT'd 5 of them and got 1st in one, and top 4 in one where top 4 qualify!
Still a little disapointed in myself, I tried a retarded steal in the last one i played, with 4 to go behind a monkey that was limping weak during the two table period..this time he limped with AQ and out ran my 89.. (had 5k stack at 600/800 blinds in MP), if he folded I would have had 7200 and had a good shot for first, since the 300 and 500 fpp tournaments only pay to first place.
Feeling good now, alot of stability has been re added to my BR. I'm going to continue playing these SnG's til my FPP's are gone, the fields are just ridiculously soft, you should try em too. So far I've spent 6k FPP for $430.
PS - I K.O.-d [NC]Yellow (LifeisJust) in one JJ vs 44, and lost vs lifeisjust in another KK vs AQ (he rivered ace)
Oh, I got a new keyboard yesterday as well as a nice paycheck that I wasn't expecting. Got to see my brother for the first time since January too~
Here are the key hands from today :
Important pot vs Pete - this was a tough call, he was sitting on his stack for a while not really getting out of line, but shorthanded I have no choice and figure at worst im 25%, could be 60% though, so I call
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/205951
KO Yellow - pretty self explanatory
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/205980
Final hand of the 375 FPP Qualifier (36 ppl) He just sucked out on me taking me from 39k to 28k, Figured he was trying to build a rush and steal the blinds, repopped and smashed it on the turn~
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/205974
Last hand of the 2700FPP Qualifier (20 ppl)

GL to everyone, see ya on the felt
June 4th - starting the agression
Sheitan, Jun 04 2007
I've been more agressive lately on my tables, and looks like it makes wonders. But the line is thin between being a good agressive player and a maniac, sometimes i just make dumb plays like the session this morning where i think i was semi-tilting due to one of the first hands i play.
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/205950
I didn't bet turn and get sucked out on river, when i lead a pot and the guy just call, i always think he's setting a trap or he's far ahead and let me bet for him so he can extract more value off me. So i give him infinite odds to draw his hands and get outdrawn on river, wow i hate playing oop.
Here's something i'd like you guys take time to explain if u don't mind:

These are stats from yesterday session, can u guys explain it to me ? PF AF ? Vol put in pot ? folded SB to steal ? Won WSF ? Appreciate it.
update: second session was nice, i basically broke even after 1.5k hands and went on a heater and called it a night since ive been playing 8 tables for 2.5 hours:

Feels good when u know your game is improving, hope i can maintain 10-15bb/100 hands during june. I can reach a solid br for NL50 at the end of this month hopefully.
happy monday

I don't really have alot to say but just wanted to wish LP a happy monday
June !
nolan, Jun 03 2007
Played like three session today and did really well. Just tied up a session that went like this:

My two sessions from this morning actually went a little better. June's off to a ballin' ass start. It's unreal how ridiculously lucky I got today. Set up a bunch of people and had some mega donations from the guppies. I like having standout days like this because they help me pull through the really bad stretches. I was playing breakeven poker for the last week and it was starting to irk me a little so this is a great break from that trend.
Enough about me though, I was browsing some of my favorite hot jam sites and came across this ill jam:
Termanology - So you wanna be harcore
The jam was real tight, and the name of the MC really stuck out to me. I decided to check him out on Wikipedia, and the guy is from my hometown! I was pretty shocked. The pic of him is the style of dress that like everyone in my old neighborhood rocks too it was a pretty LOL moment. I remember this guy from when I was younger trying to become a rapper and thinking it was a little LOL but it appears he really made it. I'm happy for him and it's cool that a guy from my 'hood is out there doing it. Mass. isn't known for putting out much good music and being a big music fan I'm really happy about this.
I also checked out a Lil' Wayne song, I'm really not much of a fan of his but this song is really experimental and I think it's cool too see him messing around with different styles. This song is weirdly uplifting and depressing at times if you listen to the lyrics. Lil Wayne new hot fire!
Beyond all that, I'm just balling it out in my new place. Some friends of mine who recently graduated my University just moved into the area, we went out for a few drinks tonight and it was a really nice time. The bar scene in my new city is really pretty sick. A lot of really posh places with balling ass leather couches everywhere and small dancefloors, its definitely my scene. It's also nice having some old friends in town to go out with. With all the poker playing and being on my own for the first time really I've been really out of touch with my friends, it's something I'm trying to work on.
Looking forward to a really great Summer. God I love Summer. I really think I get seasonal depression . Boo Winter.
Hope everyone is doing well,
Cheers.
