Do you ever log on for a session and 20-30 minutes into it you're just like, "Wtf am I doing.. I'm spewing like every other hand.." Your thought processes just don't seem to be 'good' at the moment? Really weird
Sigh, I've self-owned 2BI in 30 minutes so I think I should probably just kill myself/stop playing.

Ugh,
Gotta bitch about my sister for a minute. She's incredibly irresponsible and has no regard for other people. She insisted on fostering puppies from the local animal shelter, and she already owns two dogs which she doesn't take proper care of. Mom 'fell in love' with one of the little shits so now we own 3 dogs. For the past month and a half we've had 2 more extremely young puppies (I think their mom was gone/dead, they were too young to be apart from their mom). They're doing fine, but they are too young to be trained at ALL and just piss everywhere.
Easy solution.. we have a fucking 10x10 room set up special for the dogs (from which they can go outside whenever they want), but my sister doesn't give a fuck about the agreement that she has to keep them in there unless she is literally 100% playing with them/paying attention to just them. They wander the fucking house, pissing everywhere. Mom's puppy plus the two little foster puppies love tearing EVERYTHING apart and there is stuffing from stuffed animals my idiot sister gives them all over the floor. The floor is disgusting because the bitch never sweeps and the dogs track dirt in and the floor is grimey and gross the next day anyway.
The dogs need to be bathed more frequently and have anti-flea shit on them because on top of all of this we are GETTING A FUCKING FLEA INFESTATION which is about the most horrendous thing I can imagine having to deal with. Again. I'm about to head to the store and get flea powder to try and stop this shit in its tracks. I can't sleep because I'm getting bitten. You can't feel comfortable, ever, because you're being bitten. I can't sleep, I don't have any energy, I can't work out while tired and half woozy, and I am pissed because I have hardly been to the gym for 2 months and have been trying to get back into it. I've lost 95% of everything I've worked for in that regard and I hate myself for it atm.
Bleh and quite honestly I don't like animals in the first place-- why? Because they bring loads of responsibility that I'm not interested in taking on. But my sister just says she will be responsible with this shit and then fails, and on top of it just refuses to leave the fucking things in their room when she isn't playing with them.. Like they're sad that they have complete freedom to go in and out, and be retarded ass dogs at their leisure.
She's just such a grossly inconsiderate, full of vitriol, princess-complex little bitch 90% of the time that I can hardly think of something better than her moving back out, or myself moving out, which I can't afford and my free alternatives suck.
On top of this I have had a constant headache for about a week now and I don't know why. I'm a bit worried it'll be chronic.
I got pissed off and headache and completely spewed a buyin at my 4th nl50 session since yesterday. But otherwise it seems to be going well.. I can't muster any excitement or motivation atm because I am seriously getting depressed from my surroundings here. My mom is completely impotent when it comes to controlling or disciplining my sister, and I am too since I'm just her brother anyway.

Well, I have been running pretty good since what I will hence forth refer to as my "transformation"(! lol) as I will call it happened on the 5th. But even so, I've been running at a very satisfying 10bb/100 at nl20. My excitement only tempered by some losses at nl50.. but I hope to reverse these by the month's end! I have started 6tabling for the past 2-3k hands and I don't think its hurt my game any for these stakes.
NL20 since the 5th, graph is missing a 600 hand +1BI session or something. No biggy.
Now I really hope this isn't just some insane heater and I'm actually still a losing player here ;P
Really banking on being a nl50 reg by Feb1st!

Ran like shit, and fucked up a few times at both of my nl50 shots today. FML. FML FML FML.
I think I will just play nl20 for the rest of this week and try to get from 900 to 1100, then take another 2BI shot. I won't be very pleased if I get to 1000 and go back to 900 again.
I also am just going to give up as far as bvb goes. I just suck dicks and get raped every hand.

So I decided to try out Maynard's suggestion and take my nl50 shot now instead of at the end of the month..
I think I played pretty well and stuff but what can you do?

11.76BB/100 seems pretty sustainable AMIRITE?
But really, I'm pretty happy. HEM says I ran way above EV, but it was from holding while having the best hand, not sucking out from behind. So that's cool.
$100 of this graph was me playing nl20 recovering from a 5bi downswing. I was happy with my day but didn't feel like sleeping. Loaded up some NL50 tables for a 2BI shot and I won just under 2BI instead  I am not sure if I am 100% ready for nl50, but next time I play I will take another 2BI stop loss shot.
At one of my tables there was this fish who ran hotter than one thousand suns. He had a spell where he picked up AA 3 times in ~15 hands, stacked two people for a full BI plus a shorty for 1/2 a BI. Then he kept running like god and stacked one of those guys he stacked 10 minutes ago with underset rivered quads vs other guy's overset. His stack was like $225 haha.
I really owe the session to not getting into any insanely tricky spot, and not getting coolered/sucked out on for more than 25bbs.

Well I am obviously on some kind of heater here, lol. I'm also running 2BI over expectation, but my overall EV for 23k hands here is dead nuts even.
7BB/100 over the past 8k hands has totally recovered me from my downswing, plus a little more. I am definitely playing much better. Everything seems much clearer, pokerwise, and I think I have a very very high chance of being a reg at nl50 by Feb. 1st.
A couple of months from now I hope to be a shining example of a good reason not to give up on poker(or anything?) just because you get stuck at a limit for a while. I was at nl10 for 4 months for god's sake. I won't ever return unless something dire happens

Since I've been updating too much.. uhh.. I figure I will continue doing so :D
FUCK YAH UPSWING I hope I can continue on the righteous path toward infinity and beyond. I think I am playing a lot better since sennpu railed me, AWESOME 911.
Once again ASSUMING I continue winning, I am just going to play nl20 until next month wherein I will move to nl50. That is unless I get my roll up to like some ridiculous $1500 or something.. Then I'll just start playing nl50 for a couple of buyins. If I even just break even the rest of the month I will be quite overrolled for nl50 anyways, but I'm really hoping I can just continue playing well and finish this month at 3BB+/100 at nl20. I am at 1.7BB/100 atm.

WTF I can't seem to get the right fuckin balance here..
I can't believe how much I'm spewing in nonshowdown. I'm trying to play tag (running 19/16), but all I did was spew everything I won in nonshowdown.
Sigh, wtf wtf
I finished this session going "Wow I really made 1 or 2 BI here", looked at results and was floored that I broke even and my nonshowdown is completely to blame. I thought I was playing exactly like I was when sennpu was railing me yesterday but obviously not.........

What can I do? Anything? I don't think I can but ya. Its like "WTF." I really don't see myself being ahead, but how often do they have to be bluffing/have 1 lower pair for me to be ok with this call? 5/35, 14%? They probably don't have worse that frequently or what?

Honestly I see mostly horrendous beats looking at my other losing hands today. These are the least cooler/beat like ones I see. Just making sure I'm valuing TP correctly I guess.
