sick throw by the clippers, literally and figuratively

Anyone know what happened with that Chris Paul turnover? I've watched it 10 times and I can't figure out what he was trying to do.

ERASA   Germany. Feb 19 2012 06:05. Posts 2440

Well they inbounded the ball and had trouble and no timeouts left if i remember correctly. So to make it easier chris paul wanted to run into the backcourt, but the passer probably got nervous because of the 5 second rule and threw the ball a little too early, so paul caught it in the front court while being on his way to the backcourt which then will result in a backcourt violation. Then he threw the ball straight to a spurs player who took a wide open 3

I hope a) that i'm right and b) that people understand what i'm trying to say!
