reminds me of something my hs history teacher said, people complain so much about being poor and never having enough money then you go to their house and you see cable tv, car with ridiculous loan, internet, pizza boxes and fast food bags/other junk food, etc. etc.

yeah, but we're assuming the bum is outside of the car, and not paying for the food. grab it when they're passing it over. however, in this case, it's quite possible the 'bum' owns a car and probably eats out semi-regularly. too broke to buy a meal, so rich you don't gotta worry about making kids

well if you make the tax something significant i think people will start to second guess the idea of abortion, or at least invest more in birth control etc. regardless, that wasn't the main point, the main point was that tax money goes to subsidize these massive welfare families and its working as nothing but an incentive.
