Rofl now Croak spews him some free money. There's an interview on pokerstatic with Galfond, he described it as a 'pretty good table' and that the sillybandz guy was there. That's a huge understatement he must have gotten a massive boner when he saw the lineup xD

I also like Galfonds smile and nodding at Laak's bullshit workout story he actually makes the impression that he genuinely cares and when attention shifts away from him he snap puts his Xray vision on the people playing in the pot

that was actually a pretty good episode! the commentary is retarded tho. you can tell that he just comments based on what the players did rather than commenting on the situation as its evolving (like instantly saying that klein considers calling with A high the very moment that the bet was placed in the pot.. plain retarded..)

Did they pay for the early seasons? I don't think they did and it was more a GSN/casino venture really and the sponsorship and advertising stuff came much later

Man I absolutely love HSP when Galfond is there, it's so great seeing him playing against the donkeys at the table. Sure Durrr v Ivey leveling battles were fun, but this is just a different level of awesome

yes doyle's play was mostly due to his betsizing, its amazing how good Galfond was playing.

Bonetta bet sizing was so transparent, he is quite bad, and obviously Chan is just plain terrible, he check calls draws out of position all the time, passive fish.

Im rewatching seasons 1 and 2, theyre so much better. Maybe cuz im nostalgic. Phil Hellmuth's first appearance on HSP in season 1 cant be beat though.

I thought that rolex guy played pretty well, obv some not so good betsizing but overall pretty solid. Chan must go tho, wish DN replaced him instead of Antonio, Galfond in direct position on him could make for some epic abuse.
