Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol | |

Although a stop loss isn't going to change your fundamental problems. it's definitely going to help you reduce the damage the current you will do to your bankroll until you can get it fixed. I implemented a stoploss of around ~3 buyins last summer. and allowed myself up to 5 buyins only if it was blatantly obvious that the games were just too good to pass up (ie some fish just jammed 58o for 200bb's and sucked out vs my AK or something)
This helped my winrate tremendously and I started to get great longterm results. Eventually you'll have to build up your tilt resistance to just more than a few stacks of suck outs but damn it helps not to spew off 2-3 stacks per session.
One piece of advice I can give you for tilt management is if say you have one really bad session of 500-1k hands or something. Just stop immediately, go for a run, hit the gym, or something for however long to cool you off (although not too long cuz that'll just cut your overall productivity too much if you just never play during bad runs) then try again when you have your head on straight. Even earlier this month i've had multiple -5 to -10 buyins sessions to start my day but stopping, resting and then coming back to own really helps you.
Once you get a good rhythm going the results start to speak for themselves. Hang in there. you've only played ~90k or so hands so far this year. very easy to be losing/break even over a small sample like that. |

Also I'll be more than willing to swap sweat sessions with you. pm me if you're interested. Although I'm mostly a full ring player nowdays I'm sure the input we can give to each other will still be valuable. |
