Lol, so I promised to post this no matter how embarassing or how how good it is, so heres the dirt!

Lifetime graph (idk if its true lifetime since i let it run overnight and PT3 was frozen when I woke up, but I assume 500k hands is roughly right for PS NLHE)

Best Graph! (obviously I demolished these limits when I was first taking shots at them lol) - at one point in 07 i lost around 7k at nl100, so -3k isn't too bad

And the Vice-Versa

(I haven't touched a lot of the most profitable games for myself in over a year because of HU and MTT'ing, alot of the stats for limits are from the first time i was working up the limits on stars (ie NL100 FR - i haven't played 1 hand of nl100 fr after my first run up the cashgame ladder))

So the obvious lesson here is br management, which I'm already addressing, pretty ridiculous to be a $2 winner in a couple years of playing on cash on stars, thats kinda mind-boggling to me, guess the tournament winnings are what was making me think I was up more than I was itlr, but still, 9k in 2 years is really bad...

Also, I've had the most success at 1/2 FR which is a plateau that I'd be extremely happy to reach and grind out itlr, the sample size is fairly small, but I know I can win there consistently throughout 2009, but hopefully make it to NL400 or so after that

This is a good reality check for me, ty k204 for getting me to get my HH's

and last but not least

LIFETIME GRAPH - for all the lifetime redline winners, now I just gotta get my green up some

(you can spot where I lost 10k in 30 hands and when I was playing different limits if you look close enough and have somewhat of a history of when I was playing here and there)

So, I'm up like $9,277 in two years of playing, averaging playing cashgames one out of two days and spending some times on tournaments

So after a couple years, I've just about broke even because my NL5K endeavors and NL1-2K endevours, etc, man if I wiped out those top 4 losing limits which I was always not rolled for, I'd be up 20k and who knows where I woulda took it, its ok though, I found the majority of my profitablility from FR and low limit HU, although I don't think I'll be playing much HU, I'll be playing a ton of FR and 6max

a lesson there as well, just sticking to br management, playing mostly fr/6max should get me back to low-mid limits in the next couple months, then IF/WHEN I play HU or Omaha, I will always play 1+ limits BELOW my regular limit, not above like the past

OK everyone, laugh all you want, I know its pretty pathetic, but I degened off a ton of money in the past, something I intend on never doing again, and theres no reason to not be honest with myself and the community, so here it is.

GL LP,
Ryan

thats actually very true, i had no idea of br management, so im pretty sure i woulda kept burning it til i finally got so fucking fed up with depositing / loaning.

That finally happened this year when I wrote up the guide on Jan 8th, Its only been 8 days since I started with the guide, but this time around theres no stress, no shortcuts, just a solid grind, im positive i can hang onto the br for now on

You'll eat those words at the end of this year, the past couple years have taught me how to play just about every facet of poker, and become a competent player in each area, i went degen for a year and lost a lot of money, it took me about 3-4 months to break the degen mindset that I had cultivated and realize that grinding is so +ev in the long run

the only waste of time i did was playing hu for about 4-5 months too long, but I was kinda fighting this personal battle with degenness. was seriously like a spell I had to break with no know-how, which is why it took foreever

Now I can take it to the top, true grinda style, with a set guideline that is made personally by me for me, that facilitates my want/need to be at atleast low-mid limits by allowing me to move up every 40-50 bi i win on each limit in micro

You're just a pessimistic bitch, wait, why am I even replying to you, you have 78 posts from slovakia, you probably have no clue how to play poker

you've fucked up ur poker long enough, you're a good enough player to beat midstakes and we all know it. time to move on and do the right thing man, i really feel you've earned the right to be a winning player after all that degeneracy for two years - u owe it to yourself first and foremost. GL

Bravo =)

I'm starting to believe that you will really make it this time. You're making a lot of good steps. Being honest with yourself about your results is very important. And the guide you put together was solid and if you stick to it you'll be able to beat midstakes. The big thing is to remember that it might take a while to get there. You can't control the downswings and sometimes they show up and throw a monkey wrench into you entire plan. You might run well and move up quickly, or you might find yourself sitting @ NL25 or NL50 for a lot longer than you feel you SHOULD, but that's just poker. Don't let yourself regress if that happens.

The point where you red line dropped is the point where you made most money. Then when it goes up you insta drop hard on your overall. Guess this is one good example about not caring for the red line, at least not at this price.

Those 30k hands you probably played pretty good. If you can recall how you played back then you might crush micro's faster.

True, but the redline also countered the losing blue line which brought my green to even, although i'd rather just be in the green 100%

alot of the redline has to do w/ image on a stake, ppl get used to me playing very lag then i don't bluff as often and get paid more often, and then loosening back up and tightening, etc

although i do bluff most opportune spots

I just figured out I'm actually up around 3-4k more than this says, obviously it froze before competion, i won like 20bi off frinkx on a heater last year at 1/2HU (1/2 max on the chart, and it only shows a small sample size for that limit (like 12 hands)

so I assume I'm up a couple G's, had a good feeling that something was off w/ that chart
