yeah downswings can be a bitch, im in one atm, and each day is just so uncertain that it is downright life tilting at times. ive set aside my real BR and kept playing micro atm, geez, if i continued with 100 or 200nl i might've gone busto already with the shit that lee jones is throwing at me heh wants his moniez back baaaad lol

I would venture to say Starcraft is considerably more mentally draining than poker, albeit being a completely different environment/style of play (multiple but clear-cut 15-30minute sessions). Coupled with the physical factors and the fact that it is 100% full burn from start to finish, anyone who played any kind of competitive SC regularly would probably agree. =s
