chip reese, ivey and greenstein seem the most likely candidates

but i'm ruling out reese because of doyle's comment, and ivey probably isn't in either because they would have advertised that i guess

im pretty sure ivey does. he was the only person in the world iirc willing to put up 10million for a SNG like it was nothing.

Negranu can afford it, poker isnt even his main income

Cirque du Soleil does in average a million dollar of income per day. Guy Laliberte is the sole owner of Cirque du Soleil(not a stock-market company). Therefore, half a million for him is nooooo problem...

Not from what I have heard

My friend was talking with him over phone in Vegas and he said he was "pretty broke now" during summer.

wtf? As far as I can remember aren't you the resident DN-hater? He has cash problems due to diabolical investments.

I threw the number $12m out there for being reasonably-sanely rolled for this game and let's look at the line-up:

Farha - From what I gather has way more than $12m to splash around
Doyle - Probably has just about $12m bankroll (we're NOT talking net-worth here!)
Esfandiari - Definitely doesn't, he probably has 0% of himself here.
Antonius (!) - Is probably sitting ok in this game br-wise
Benyamine - lol
Daniel Negreanu - Again, very likely has <25% of himself here at best
Jamie Gold (ROFL) - hahaha

Farha has a fuckload of money well invested, he will never go broke. I remember hearing something on wsop the year he played about farhas investing in hedge funds and has some insane amount of money.

Antonius lost a 2 million (may have been bigger) pot recently to ivey, this game is prob nothing for him.

A small leak will sink a great ship.

on the 2nd season of HSP he lost a 200k pot against Eli elezra (elezra sucked out JJ vs AA), Esfandiari were devastated as Negranu tried to confort him, then he said that is the biggest pot he has ever PLAYED in his life.

So judging from that and that he hasnt scored in a tournament big since then we can assume he definitelly isnt rolled for 500k buy-in

At the end of episode 10, doesn't Eli have 7 outs and not 8? which would make it 37 to 7, about 5.3 to 1 and not 4.5 to 1
