From what I heard he plays in a lot of HUGE celebrity poker games, apparently they have exclusive games that only celebs play in. I have heard that he is a big winner, if not the biggest winner to participate. He has probably made more money off poker then almost everyone on this forum, and their are some BIG winners on this forum, then again that is all through the grape vine so I could be wrong. |

lol wtf is this shit?

-_-
You're not at the table and don't know its dynamics, the play was obviously player dependent, and he was unlucky enough to run into a real hand this time. |
Yes, these things are true. I have a hard time believing that this is ever a good call. It's costing us ~160,000 to call, and there's about (560k-160k) = 400k in there. So, we're getting about 2.5:1 on the call, which means we need about 29% equity in the pot to make this call profitable.
So, I fooled around with pokerstove, and it's not that difficult to create a range that A6 has 29% equity against - you just have to make the ranges REALLY wide. Anywho, I guess I can see how this can be a call against a total maniac who is shoving almost any two.
Also, I guess my previous statement of "lol wtf" etc. didn't come across so well. Sorry about that Khan - just a very surprising call. Perhaps you can enlighten the masses. :-/ |

Also, according to Wikipedia, Daniel Negreanu gave him personal lessons. Don't know if he's still Daniel's student. I think this is his 3rd WSOP Main Event appearance.
Some famous can be good players. There's Shannon Elizabeth to put an example of a famous that wants to become good at poker |

Can someone give me info on how I can watch the final table later? I understand there is an hour delay but I'd still like to watch of course.

Rain Khan Really Really Likes The Ladies
Over on the ESPN Feature Table we just had a massive pot that saw Rain Khan all in preflop against Raymond Rahme.
Rain had raised preflop, been reraised by Rahme and then had moved all in for nearly half a million. Rahme insta-called and when the cards were rolled everyone could see why.
Rain: Qc Qs
Rahme: Ac Ad
The flop came with not one queen, but two! Qh Qd 8h
Rain stood up and screamed "Oh my god!!"
The on the turn had Rahme drawing dead and catapulted Rain back amongst the chip leaders.
