good morning, its been an eventful week. tired but looking forward to another good week. got some things on my plate so I have barely focus on poker n just hanging out with friends and family for most part. just playing the free tournaments n tickets that I get as I aint winning 20$ an hour again anytime soon unless I save up a bankroll again but its hard to save up a bankroll with inflation so crazy these days but Im doing fine financially cuz metals keep rocketing so im happy . not looking to sell my investments so I can get a bankroll not worth it ill just take the guarantee W instead of a maybe W in poker. I also don't need to get a new computer cuz buddy gave me his old Mac computer he doesn't use n it works okay n I fix the thing that was messing up with my current comp so its fine now.

yesterday was another good day, went n saw some friends (got some gifts and gave some gifts) n finally got to go to the beach cuz their place isn't too far from there but its like a bit less than an hour for me to get there by transit maybe 35-40 minutes drive cause traffic is brutal now in vancouver relative to when I was younger. Like I said in some other post I sold my corolla cuz I dont drive that often now so no point in having a car n paying insurance n other expenses on it so I can get more investments. transit in vancouver isn't bad but wish there was more frequent buses so less crowded n faster transit time. anyhow the beach was nice in the dark, I havent spent too much time at the beach when its late out, boy it gets dark early but winter solstice just past so shorter nights again. today I am not sure what I am going to do might just spend the day playing poker and get some me time cause need to recharge again before going out but we will see. I gamble a bit and played some slots lol not much just small amount for fun. I know why its harder to win in gambling not just cause players got better but also cause there wasn't an option to play casino games in the past but now with the advent of casino games I dont think I will win again if I don't stop this habit but who knows I can maybe hit another nice score cause I did win a mid grand prize before so overall I might be up in casino games but I dont know for sure. just a fun gamble when I don't bet big.
Poker and gambling is a slippery slop but w/e it is what it is. I hope you guys are doing well like my man Ryan I think hes doing okay in poker. He got some nice scores and such so GL Ryan wish u well. I enjoy ur stream when im bored as f n its entertaining. It seems like you complain a lot about gambling but need gambling in a way. It doesn't seem healthy. It's not your job. You don't need it to survive. It's quite the opposite. It sounds like you are bleeding away money that could be allocated elsewhere. Get a PS5 and Expedition 33 if you are that hungry for entertainment. Play all the Metal Gear Solid games. You have to do something. You have to replace the gambling with something. I bring up video games because that might be the only thing stimulating enough to compete with gambling, brain chemicals and such. It's one thing to work towards winning a big MTT as a +ev player. It's another thing to waste away playing slots hoping for a big win. Or, these two things might not be that different. It could be better to play the lottery. Risking less to win more.
no I dont think video games will do it for me, I probably complain about gambling in the past but im just stating facts my last post. honestly gambling is the most fun thing for me right now, yea im bleeding some money but its okay it sustainable. I view gambling as entertainment for most part now but there is some tilt and emotional anger from it when playing too big and losing deep in a mtt but overall I find it a net positive for myself. helps past time when bored n gives me a rush so I still feel somewhat good.
I aint quitting gambling ever and there is no substitute for my gambling. the thrill of victory and agony of defeat lol. I dont know poker gambling gives me a rush so its fun for most part I dont see it as a negative well at least not too much cause the positive outweighs the negative for me. how I see my gambling venture.
I think my days of a winning player are gone unless I blink a big mtt which may or may not happen but its okay I will still gamble n keep it sustainable.
I gamble what I can afford to lose but hey I aint eating less but maybe a fewer time eating out or and drinking less if I don't lose in gambling but its okay I don't mind drinking a bit less or eating out fewer times and cooking more at home. overall im at peace with me life and its relatively good so if I complain, punch me or something -_-;
Merry Christmas and Happy holidays, woot Neilly the Champ gave me some xmas money so I can go get meself a Christmas gift. I woulda gotten him something if he provided me his mail address but he said maybe next year cuz hes a champ. Another good day, saw a bud even though it was raining a lot but I dont mind the rain, use to it so its whatever to me. We exchange gifts n then did some things n call it a day. Ate some food and smoked some cigarettes etc. I bump into him this year again since I haven't seen him for a few years but it was nice to interact again. Now I am waiting for a friend to come, we may drink a bit and have some food at my place but in the meantime I will play some free roll on clubwpt which is okay cause its a 750$ free roll at 2:30 pm and ggpoker's 20k freeroll right now is pretty good, but its impossible to win against 20k players lol but w/e just for fun to past time till my friend comes maybe. Anyways thats my day so far and quite enjoyable.

was so tired from going out n poker I feel asleep and my friend didn't come so I am enjoying Christmas Eve alone in the quiet. I guess its time for poker again cause there isn't anything else I wanna do but no free rolls at this time so ill play some micro stakes for the funs and watch Neilly's stream
Christmas gifts this year was pretty awesome, got a lot of things I needed but was too broke to get it myself. for example wireless earbuds was desperately needed especially when I go out and other things. Hopefully the gifts I gave it was also nice for my friends. Went n saw my parents a little bit for Christmas, watch a tiny bit of NFL but the matchups wasn't interesting so I didn't watch much. Then went home chill/cook/play poker won a couple of dollars/talk to friends online. Slept early cause I guess I was tired and its Boxing Day today in canada so im going shopping with the money I got from Christmas. ill be one of the keeners n hope to snag some good deals. ill be at the doors when it opens cause I want them good deals since im already up mind as well go early to get some good deals. I still have a couple of hours to go so ill play some poker in the time being but I wonder how the heck do people still win in ggpoker. its freaking hard to win on that site so imma move sites soon. GL to the grinders who are putting in the hours still but I might transition to live poker but we will see cause online is too hard these days so its mostly for fun. I probably play like 20-25 hours of poker online a week. I am wishing to be a winning player again -_-; haha.

today I got myself a laptop but its slowww but it is what it is for that price but I guess was a decent deal and what I could afford. I think my current Mac is faster than that but I needed to play poker on different sites cuz this Mac is old and doesn't allow to install some client so it will do for now till I blink a big tournament worth millions or win millions in cash game online jokes but I am definitely moving sites.
Anyhow my buddy came over today and we talked about stuff, hes from Latin America studying in BC for now. Good guy and wise beyond his age when it comes to life. at his age I was still pondering the meaning of life but I guess he is too but I kinda told him what is my why in life. smart guy has a bright future with a kind heart and comes from a good family. I meet him via a meet up and we been friends for a few years now. he studying for another few years but the young adults today are a bit different than when I was a young adult. I have a tiny sample size but he is differently different than most young adults today. He can tell hes a somewhat different than his peer groups.
Anyways was a fun day.

ah fk I broke my phone now im at Starbucks looking for a new one on my laptop. we will see if I wanna get a new one or just use my parents back up since I gave my old iPhone 11 to my mom n my google pixel 7 broke but it was time to get a new phone yet I dont want to spend a bit on a new phone so ill probably just use a crappy old iPhone. i like android more than iPhones but thats what ill have to deal with now. I would like to get the google pixel 10 but I rather get investments n just get a 2nd hand phone or use the old iPhone. shitty c'est la vie.
