The Hardest Problem in Economics

For that don't know me I used to teach Graduate Economics and some mathematics at Auburn. The most difficult problem in Economics is solving an 8-ball loss for calling the cue ball (white ball) and 8-ball (black ball) for an insurance play.

Would love to hear solutions to this one (an insurance problem that is seldom proposed). But was last taught at Auburn about supply and demand (Jevons).
