yall niggas in your thirties deal with injuries often? I seem to fuck up my shoulders or triceps every other week and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong Also lower back is weak af and when I try to train it, I get this crazy pressure feeling in it. Do you have experience with sports massage etc? I heard chiropractic is nonsense.

it's common to injure the shoulder doing chest exercises due to poor form, try to spot which exercises are hurting yourself, if you feel pain like warm inflammation pain, is very likely that you have bad form and is stressing your delts in a wrong angle, triceps is kinda rare to injure but triceps are also activated during press exercises, so it's likely your form is all over the place during chest press movements

lower back is quite tricky, it could be even weak abs/lumbar back too tight or a combination of weak glutes/tight hip flexors/weak abs/tight lumbar back, same thing, try to spot after what type of exercises you feel pain

shoulders doesn't really hurt when i bench. that being said I bench on smith cause I don't like to fuck around with anything over 90kg without spotter, and the bench is hard to set up just right. It's these fly movements or whatever they are called that really hurt and also shoulder press after some sets.

Lower back hurts while deadlifting (which I haven't done in a long time) and the lean-back-while-sitting machine.

dont do flies then, not sure if you are referring to a machine or dumbell fly, there are many ways to fuck it up and they are not necessary, and you can do it in the cable machine, it's easier
but you can be either going too deep which isn't a very natural movement for the shoulder or you are angling your elbows too high ( making like almost 90 degree with your arm in relation to your torso is a common mistake that leads to shoulder discomfort ) try to tuck your elbows a bit closer to your body for all dumbell press movements, you'll get more tricep activation and not stress your shoulder in unnatural angles

also make sure to always depress your shoulders down and retract your scapula/squeeze your midback during the whole movement, I don't know if it's easy to understand in text but it's a kinda basic concept and I'm sure there's hundreds of videos explaining

in general understanding the function of the muscles and the natural movements of the joints should give you a good insight on how to have a good form on most exercises

not sure if by shoulder press you are referring to overhead press, but for the overhead press I suggest you to use dumbells instead of barbell because most people have imbalances in the shoulder flexibility compared one side to the other which leads to one side rotator cuff smashing the shoulder nerves against the bone, or if you want to keep doing overhead press you need to access your shoulder flexibility and fix the inflexible side so you don't stress the rotator cuff

also, you don't need to deadlift unless your goal is strictly powerlifting

You're probably one of those guys that never built a proper foundation and mostly cares about looking good at the beach. I lift for strength. If a program doesn't have the main compound movements as primary exercises then it's not an optimal strength program. The deadlift isn't about ego its about efficiency, it solicits the most muscles out of every exercise you could do. People who avoid it outside of having chronic back issues tend to be pussies who care more about aesthetics or who are afraid of making noise or injuring their frail bodies.

Also what's more manly than having super strong grip? Am I supposed to believe that the beach body type guy who has been on a brosplit forever is spending the time to develop strong grip without the deadlift?

I used to think if I could deadlift 500 lbs. at 200 lbs. that I would rid myself of the pain of being a man. Now, I don't think that is true and I don't know what that quote means.
