heres my story, i made pictures and cut out my head coz im shy

2011 geek/ exWarcraft 3 progamer 55kg /178cm
2012 started working out 3 times a week and ate like a pig for months, i ate a lot and everything, junk food whatever, 73kg
2014 cut the junk food, ate only what my body needed, kept the workout ever since

I was a 6'1, 150 lbs guy
I'm now 190 lbs.

What i used mostly is a bulking powder, but high quality one which didn't seem too unhealthy.
But tbh i think the best is to just eat tons of chicken, almonds, cheese, milk, etc

I'm sure the recipe u said above works too, but doesn't seem healthy at all

I got down to 60kg after my last kidney crisis ~40 days ago and was 60kgs/187cm im up to 67kgs now basically eating 3-4 times a day with loads of carbs and 6 trainings a week.
You need a high amount of carbs in order to gain weight fast, high fat low carb diets are actually ones for losing weight. Obviously you need to balance it out to some point as I usually just get loads of carbs as a breakfast then have standard lunch & dinner however always add a high carbs desert on those meals with like cookies,cakes, buscuits with chocolate or whatever. I still cant force myself to eat cereal for breakfast though and its really good for getting weight fast , id rather eat shit tbh

I'm not exactly sure what my goals kgs should be either, but I'm guessing at around 80 should be fine

P.S. How does one do a smoothie? W a shaker? There are those smoothie making machines that cost like 500eu here which are a real life IQ test imo

if you want to get organic stuff at least get natural/organic peanut butter, it's one of the more worthwhile foods to pay up for from a health perspective (only ingredients should be peanuts).

hahaha casinocasino thats a very solid point actually, infinitely more

and I think its not just because of my looks but because of it I got extremely confident
so I advise anyone if u havent started training, you should do it. 3x1h a week is nothing really, and eating healthy (aka not eating junk food) is not rocket science either. And your life will be amazing

lol if i wanted to hide them i would wear trousers, my boxers are just that long. And if u look closely at the last 2 pics u can see that I train legs aswell

Yea just a blender they can be quite cheap, those expensive ones are a food processor which is an advanced blender can do other things.

How old are you dnagardi?

I'm skinny (56KG, 174cm) and i have a lot of difficulty gaining weight, i love cardio and i lose weight very easily, i was skinny all my life though and i want to change that , thanks for the motivation for reading this.

@skew, not counting calories, basicly my main thing is: never eat yourself full. Eat 6 times a day but with small portions rather than 3 times but big portions, coz with the latter your body stores fat since u dont need all the calories you eat when u eat a lot. Workout: legs,abs+shoulder,back+biceps,triceps,breast 3x1h a week.

@xicotaSLB I was skinny all my life too, in the 2011 pic i was 21 years old. Its easy to change that. Heres what u have to do: start working out, let your muscles become active and get the stimuli to grow. And literally eat like a pig, everything and a lot, also drink 1 protein shake after each workout. Where most ppl fail is that they are afraid of starting going to the gym, well dont be. For the first few times pay a personal trainer to show you the basics, and dont worry because 90% of their students are first timers. So yea just call him, tell him you are a total noob and wanna start, they will be happy to help you. And gym ppl are the nicest Ive met.
I'd say it takes around 4-5 months to reach the phase in the second pic. Then u can decide to bulk more or get refined.

Doing cardio when you re skinny is also bad, you don't need it, you ll be fit enough and have enough cardio out of the gym trainings anyway
Eatingwise it differs between people. Also 3 trainings a week is super low amount, there s no way you efficiently train all of those muscle groups in 3 hrs a week, plus you didnt include traps & forearm, however the forearm you can do with different biceps excercises instead of doing it individually.
An example week should be :
Day 1 Breast+ triceps
Day 2 Back + biceps
Day 3 Traps & shoulder
Day 4 rest
Day 5 Arms ( triceps + bioceps )
Day 6 Legs
Day 7 rest
Plus your goal should be hypertrophy as thats the most efficient way to gain weight faster

5'9" or 5'10" something like that. been down to 130 and up to 165 in the last 2 years. 155 right now. Eat kinda bad and don't work out. Have been doing a few pushups and sit ups every once in a while though. Smoke a lot of pot but not really cigarettes and don't really do many other drugs anymore. Always been fairly athletic and strong for my size.
