I think the best advice I got when I was in a similar position (not extremely shy but somewhat) was to set up goals - like you go out, push yourself to talk to at least one girl you don't know. It's your mission. Just talk - whatever happens that is all you need to do.

After a while, it will feel more natural and you can take it from there.

^ lol yeah that still happens but then again rejection from skanks isn't going to hurt as much since it's way easier to let go/be upset with girl etc

*pretend he's a guy (not give a fuck)
*don't be scared to say the wrong stuff (women usually find it cute when you laugh at yourself when you show grace under pressure)
*don't try to save face if you do and own up to it
*don't be yourself too much, remember you're also trying to sell something here - only show the good stuff obv

short term: dodge comfort zone, run risks
long term: Squat 3x a week and gain some weight. Unless u are ridic short, in 3-4 moths u can pick girls just by being big.

fact women are just as shallow as men.

just put on decent figure with confidence = win.

its about having confidence in your self and how you feel in your own skin. when you are happy with yourself others will get happy with u 2. all else, as said before get them drunk...

all you have to do is imagine the girl has the most smelly, disgusting, yeast infected, fishy beef curtains. Its easy to talk to women who you aren't putting on a pedestal.



watch out for those coolers though when it all goes to plan and then she does have a smelly puss.
