I mean it would really depend on what range hero is 3 betting correct?
if hero is 3betting all strong AAxx KKxx and strong Axxx sooted rundowns and 3 card or better run downs then isn't his call -ev?
If hero is 3 betting junky/medicore type hands like AT52 sooted or hands like 654K DS then I can see villain's hand being perfectly ok to flat 3 bets with.
