looks like a standard shove against someone agressive with a fairly wide 3bet range

Ye I have trouble in these pots against russians that 3b 20%+ in these positions.

What range of hands would you recommend shoving on the turn and what flatting+bluffcatch river with an aggro a bit spewy dynamic?


I know having hands like these in your shoving range makes you so much harder to play against but so far I'd always call and decide river as the hand "seems" too weak to shove against most. Man I suck :D
