He called a huge 4bet with J6 1 minute before this hand happened and I wanted him to spazz around. Didn't work lol. Is that bad?

I would donk lead flop, or atleast bet turn when he checks back at the flop, with it being a 3-bet pot and all. I think you would get value from a decent amount of hands, and maybe the decision he takes when faced with a bet would be the random spazz you're looking for...

fold to 3-bet unless you have good reason to call (you've explained he's bad but haven't given a good reason specifically for calling 3b oop pre w/K9s).

flop is standard, turn bet .70 (and bet rivers since his hand looks like PP or A-high). as played very very easy river fold, his shove is massive.
