People more experienced playing with 170bb+ stacks might say different, but I see no reason to 3bet AJ here. I definitely prefer flatting.

guy folds 80% to 3bets
i have been 3betting him a lot
he called me previous 3bet hand lighter
so i though he'd be on a much wider range


but looking how I do vs his range, meh...just fold?

If you are going to fold to a raise in that wet board why would you bet it in the first place?

you are the small blind.I like 3betting pre.You could mix some calls in.
Post,I like playing very passive here because i would not like to get into the spot you did get in.Check call line.
It looks to me like a spot where you are at best slightly ahead,but often way behind.
