3-betting with weakish AAxx when you start to get deeper than 125bb's can make things difficult. As played without a read you really can't flat the flop here you have to just raise and get it in. You'll be ahead more often than you think.
I've pulled his line so often successfully it's incredible, you can't let his donk bet phase you,
he knows you have AA after that 3-bet and he knows you're going to bet the flop if he checks,
he's only donk betting to win the pot with pure aggression + "ok" equity.

run the equity calculations but if we have >38% or so then we need to be shipping this flop. It'll be a bigger mistake to fold this hand with that much equity than jamming it in.
ship the flop
you dont have backdoor to improve your hand so i think no need to flat and see one more turn card
he can donk with so many draws on the flop i would hope lock down the equilty asap
