What's your plan on this turn against your average regular?

A) Bet
=> Value from Ah +pot controlled hands on the flop
River: do we check fold on a rag or check call? I don't think we can value bet a rag river against vast majority of regs and it's kinda awkward if we should cc or check fold when he can be betting Kh and Ah overcard type hands.

B) Check - let's pretend he's a good regular, he should delay cbet almost always on this card, so we can cc but once again the river will be a sucky spot if he's any good he will barrel it too as our range is weak and he only has Qx from value hands but dunno if we can expect that from microregs

bet almost always ;-0

the probability his hand improved on the turn is 6:1 against, betting is printing money here

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

And what's your river plan against an unknown reg when we bet and get called?
And yeah our hand is best here most of the time, but isn't it better to let him delay cbet his air if we expect him to do it a lot? (also creates rvr spot I'm not good at)
