I dunno what's happening, I saw a vid on dailyvariance and one of the 30 tips was:

DONKBET MORE
• Most people play straightforward, and make a lot of mistakes
• Always have a plan. Donkbet polarized range
• Can be powerful multiway

somehow just 'donkbet more' and not what to do it with stuck.

My thought process was:
FLOP
don't want him to check (he cbets in low60%)... donk
I can't fold to one bet can I?
TURN
hits him more than hits me? I don't know but it's scary, let's bluff at it.

Is any of this plausible at all, and do you agree with the quoted donk bet strategy?

i don't think this is a good spot to donk, if i remember correctly i think my cbet % was in the mid-60's but i would still cbet this flop being headsup 100% of the time with any two and i think any other reg/semi-reg does as well. so i think you miss out on some value from him cbetting air.

on the turn most people are just going into call-mode if they don't have a flush, it's unlikely he's folding TT+ unless you've been very nitty, esp if he has a diamond.

i would like do this with a decent diamond in my hand
and also donk smaller on the turn , theres no reason donk that big , he would call or pitch it depends on believe or not
bigger size here doesnt matter that much imo
i dont mind trying some fancy stuff , but keep in mind playing smaller pot with marginal hand right?
this is an example you should keep the pot smaller and take your hand to showdown
and agree with redhoss , cbet 60% is std
