I think if you bet river, you probably need to call but I could be wrong. Just seems like you are getting pretty thin value and inducing bluff a lot considering both of your lines are strange.

pretty easy fold on river. there's no reason you can't have a jack and there's no reason he can't have a jack.
also why would you think you'd get jammed on a lot on turn? this is like the least likely board for him to jam turn on, for a lot of people there's probably literally no hand they will jam the turn with if you bet on this particular board.
