Standard turbominraise lol, I was in a similar spot yesterday live, I re-pop AJ pre, cbet and an unknown aggro looking drunk guy min re-raises me. I sit there oop with 2 overs a gutter to the nuts and a backdoor nutfd knowing he can bluff some of the time but his range is mostly hands he likes...But the odds are so sweet

Just fold, whatever...next hand?

This hand is against Wolfheart, I guess you know I am a spazzmonkey and play 1 sided leveling wars all over the place and this will be almost always a very strong hand

But in general, would you fold or peel on ein this spot, and be left with a tricky spot on turn when we hit our TP or fd.

What if we are deepish, say 150-200bb? I guess we can then very well rep the flush on turn and we have a blocker to nutfd

I actually like flatting I think. We can c/jam on any spade/ace/9/king.

lol 9 gives us a straight I missed that. That's why I quit after 10 minutes into my session

Given that this should be pretty much always a flat even 100bb deep, we just need 18% on turn with the odds and we should have that against his range right?
I think I made the correct flat live too, I had 2 overs instead of 1 but only a gutter+backdoor nutfd, but against the drunk guy A and a J should have higher value than against an online reg.

Deep it should just be super cool to flat, 100bb deep he might shove the turn and get me off a fd when I turn it but that can't be done deep and I should take it down on spade turns a decent amount, I think we can flat a significantly bigger raise than this when we are deep right?

this is gay, villains especially regs won't c bet this board if they didn't hit any part of it what so ever so I hate the check raise. as played I'd just peel for the odds, I WOULD NOT check jam a spade, there's no FE ever ever ever if villain fires turn, just hope there's another gay bet put into the pot.

this hh is mindboggling bad

ur hand isn't that strong on flop and a CR is repping the NUTS or a DRAW - the board has 1 nut hand and 5000000 draws. You put your hand face up.

I like c/c re-evaluate since im OOP vs a Regular. There are many gin cards that you can extract a TON of value from on the turn and river.

hes not leading 55 here (vs most ppl, altho i may bet 55 here vs u since u will bet any turn if its checked), hes leading his made hands / strong draws / 45ss hands vs you. You want to beat the made hands, you have the nut spade beating fd's and you pick off bluffs from 45ss type of hands

Just remember you need to be god damn sure about their tendencies. -Artanis11 http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/neillyaa/

you mean cbet right? :O

And I seriously doubt c/c is the only play here, by raising you gain initiative fold whatever he cbet with as microregs cbet too much and you got a shitton of made hand or bluffouts that you can barrel.

I think there are good reasons for both plays and I think I like donklead too
