Just about every draw on board also completes on river I think its very safe to overbet the pot or all in even.
Yea he should definetely raise the turn after caching the miracle ;p

if you put him on a very strong hand you should check the river..

Yea I think this is a VERY good spot to check river. KQ got there, flush got there, he'll vbet a naked Tx, like he's just betting absolutely everything except Jx (which may not call on this river anyway ...). Very standard check/ship here
