If he got any decent heart he would fire the turn semi-bluff then u should bet the river to bluff i guess
I think $25 is fine , but I mean if u pick up more equilty on the turn , lets say AhX , u 100% c-bet the turn
so u only rep QQ TT type hands pot control line and hit the river , its not that wide range , depends on opponent would believe or not
if he could read that u def would c-bet 100% the turn with decent heart , the river hero call for him is not that hard
