Thats really not the issue here, the issue here is that u bet $20 on the river when a flush card hit.

I didnt think he would be playing for the flush after that check raise, I thought he had a set or something which was right he had 2pair and caught a redraw, what I'm asking is could I have avoided that situation by playing the turn a different way and not allowing him to redraw
