Bet flop unless he bluffs flop alot, its not like checking JJ on K 9 8 board, alot more scarecards here.
Bet river bigger, like 52, then you know better where you stand if he makes a large raise.

I dont think I ever fold this, your hand range looks soooo weak, he never expects you to call this
looks like more he realizes 7 is bad 2 barrel card so hes check giving up, but then realizes you prob dont have anything either so its some retarded last ditch effort to bluff
i would not give 95% of the player pool at 2/4 credit for taking this line for value, esp since most of your range checks back the river
