he is 23/21 rather aggressive post flop, 67% fold to 3bet. Is turn bet good?

thats not a good enough reason. Your hand isnt that vurnable, you are betting the turn and getting called a ton by shit that beat you and fold out shit that has 6 outs against you.

really? letting people stay in a pot when you have an 80/20 equity advantage(and they are folding almost all of it to a bet) generally makes them make a lot more mistakes than you do, and thats pretty much the definition of a skill advantage
