if he has a clue and there's some kind of dynamic, or he has a read on hero or w/e then fine.

but viewing this hand objectively he looks retarded (that doesn't mean he is necessarily), and i still think against "most villains with a clue" this isn't so bad, though probably a bit marginal/high variance.
