hehehe ok masterbrain... its not like he has a spazz A5o hand here... either he has a 2pair hand that you beat or a set that you will pay off anyway.. or he has a draw that he might check river with, whereas he calls the turn prolly. Why wouldnt you raise turn?

well, I called turn because I almost always check/call the turn unless I know almost surely that I am ahead or if I am bluffing. plus this guy is very wild so I figured i'd let him do the betting.

but really i almost never raise before the river when oop unless i am extremely confident I am ahead.
I mean I am sure he would have called me this time but there isn't much else he calls turn shove with that I beat.
and if I check turn I will induce a bluff from missed flush draws

to be honest I am not trying to say shove turn here is a bad play. in fact I will agree with you that shove turn is probably more +ev than call turn, at least in this hand.
but I play that way for the sake of balancing my ranges. If i always am check/calling to the river they have absolutely no clue what i have.

and honestly that probably matters less @ 50nl cuz few players even pick up on or adapt to how others are playing
but I won't be down at these stakes for much longer
