No, you didn't, actually (well at least you shouldn't most of the time against semi-competent players, which this guy clearly is not). The 9 was actually a pretty bad card for you, although it did also give you a FD, but you should by no means be value betting this hand here. I wouldn't get into the habit of jamming this here, even though at showdown you know that he just terribly overplayed his AA.
