I think i should have raised to around 12-15 on the flop and then all inned the turn... bad play by me i think.....

I would fold or raise preflop, being on the button. I guess thats just a personal preference, or maybe its a better play, im not sure. If you raise preflop and get 1-2 callers you can easily be all-in on the turn here.

Your flop raise is pretty small relative to the potsize so raising to 12 at LEAST is a good idea. Turn also bet more I agree.
